NICOLE RICHIE AND JOEL LAUNCH THE RICHIE-MADDEN FOUNDATION
This is what Nicole Richie had to say about starting the children’s clinic:
Nicole Richie and her fiance Joel Madden officially launched the Richie-Madden Children’s foundation on December 3rd. The couple who are expecting in January, held a surprise baby shower for 100 under-privileged moms-to-be at the Los Angeles Free Clinic. Baby Center along with the Richie-Madden foundation ,donated $150,000 in baby products to the clinic.
“We started (the foundation) out here in Los Angeles because this is our home and we live here. But we are hoping to spread this to all areas of the world. Joel and I travel a lot. We traveled a lot, even when I was pregnant. We went to Asia and Australia, and our hope is to improve the lives of people all over the world. It starts here, and the Los Angeles Free Clinic is a perfect place to start. They are a really amazing clinic.

Nicole looks more like a sista in this picture. However, if having children and getting married will keep her off drugs and from starving herself to a skeletal appearancce, I am all for it. By the way, this is the best picture I have ever seen of her. She looks better with a little weight on her.
