VANESSA A. WILLIAMS AND FAMILY AT BEE PREMIERE
Actress Vanessa A. Williams, who is often mistaken with Vanessa L. Williams,was with her family at the Bee movie premiere in October. The Brooklyn native has two children: son Omar Tafari Wiseman,10, and Haile Zion Ali Wiseman,3. Vanessa A. Williams is married to producer Andre Wiseman(pictured above);she is famous for her HBO/BET Soul Food television series.

lilkunta, I can’t say if this is 100% true, but I head the reason VAW cut her locks off is because the whole family came down with a case of head lice. They all cut their hair, but she decided not to re-lock her hair. I heard it was an interview she gave to Essense where she explains the new look.
