Obviously, he’s happen with the woman he’s been in love with for the last 23 years. Don’t hate! At least he’s still with the same woman for all these years.

Did you know that Mr. Gooding and his wife were High School sweethearts and that they got married long before he became a succeddful movie star? I believe they have now been married for more than 15 years. Do you also know that the full woman, everything about her - the way she carries herself, her character, her loveliness - is what a man of character will see and be attracted to? There is something particularly vicious about calling a woman that you have probably never met and have no clue as to her background “trailer park finest trash”. You are not a good person, your lack of character is on display here, and you’ve made a very trashy comment showing a lack of class, taste, and decency. Now that is sad!

Read what I wrote again. Is there anything in what I wrote to even remotely imply anthing other than the words you read. Any woman, whatever her phenotype, is “lovely” according to the way she carries herself, her character, her loveliness and are evident in many ways very few of them having to do with her physical characteristics. One “lovely” attribute would certainly be the grace with which she speaks of others. I think you know I spoke of women period. I do not know Mrs. Gooding personally, but any woman should be regarded in the light of these qualities and nothing else. Wouldn’t you agree? Surely you would not want someone to reduce the sum total of your femininity or relationship with your husband, from a mere photo at that, to the tone of your skin or any of your other physical characteristics. I am saying that Cuba Gooding’s wife’s phenotype or any woman’s phenotype including her hair, skin tone, weight,… and the rest of the list should not be a reason why I, you, or anyone else, ill speaks that woman or her choice of husband. The fact that Rosa spoke so disrespectfully of a woman she has never met, or that some other contributors to this blog, derided her with various comments, points more to their own biases, insecurities, and in a few cases, molding from an unfortunate racial dynamic in this country, than to any knowledge of Mrs. Gooding’s life or character.
Bravo!! Well said! Color shouldn’t have even come into the equation with regards to commenting on this couple. God created us ALL in his image…he loves variety!!

I agree with you 100%. Women will learn it does not matter how you look or where you come from to be loved by someone even if he is famous. There is a reason why he truly loves her and has been there with her for so long. God bless Cuba and his lovely family.

If the truth be told, it is Cuba who got the prize. It takes a strong woman, to deal with his celebrity status, and take care of the family. I commend him for staying with the woman who has always lovedhim unconditionally and has been there for him. May God continue to bless their marriage.

The black women has been faithful to the black family for a long time, only dating and marrying the black man. While the black man marries outside his race most of the time. But I am seeing alot more black women dating outside of there race, but now the black man is mad when she does it,but he been doing the damn thang for years.

Who cares what people thinks. In this case they are a beautiful family,that is that. If some people have there ideas of dating screwed up that is there problem.

Most of the haters probably have not been alive as long as they have known each. I commend them for holding it down and keeping it together for 23+ years. Also, Cuba is a goofy. Don’t anybody else want him unless they are a gold digger.

Just remember, God made their child, and then pasted it through them. Cuba Goodin is not as handsome as his father once lead singer of a group called Main Ingredient. Man could sing. You all should pick up some of his father’s music. I guarantee you will not regret it.
