“I had no idea of any of the symptoms. I simply attributed it to having childhood asthma,” she explains. “Since then, I’ve realized how important a role prevention plays in heart health and that you need to eat a healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle.”
In addition to suffering from pericarditis,Toni has high blood pressure. Nowadays an already trim(Toni is a svelte 110 pounds) Toni Braxton walks on a treadmill for 20 minutes a day and watches what she eats regularly;the Grammy Award singer also has to take beta blockers to lower her high blood pressure. It seems a lot to have to do,but it is all worth it:Toni has her husband and two sons Denim,6, and Diesel,4, to live for.

I feel very bad for Toni.I was her fan when she came into limelight,but the lifestyle put me off and i stopped being her fan.I had wanted to bring her to come and perform in Ghana.I wish her speedy recovery.

its really sad to know she went thru such pain,but she has always been my numberone lady,forget beyounce and jennifer lopez,toni is it.and to crown it all she is doing a good job of bieng a wife and a mother.keep it up toni,there is always a time for everything,and its your time for family life,would not mind seeing you teaching all those one stage how to be a queit storm and oh i always put u in my prayers and you should also put GOD in your life
