Rapper lil Wayne is pictured with his ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Carter, and his 8-year-old daughter Reginae. The rapper whose real name is Dwayne Carter j.r. lived a fast life growing up; he and then wife Antonia had their first child at the very tender age of 14 and 15. This is what Antonia had to say about the experience:

Was it a surprise when you found out you were pregnant?
Yeah, it was a complete surprise. My family wanted me to have an abortion because we were only fourteen and fifteen. I wasn’t with that because me and my aunt – who I lived with at the time – they didn’t really believe in that. His mother [said] she’d help me with the baby. It was a surprise to his mother too. His mother never told him, like he said in the interview, to go out and find someone. She was like, y’all young, you know, but I’ll help you out with the baby and stuff like that. It was a complete surprise to everyone.
How is your relationship now[with Lil Wayne]?
We really don’t see much of each other. And when we do, it’s really like sometimes he gets on his kick about family, he wants to be with us, you know ‘f’ these b’s. You know how men talk. And he wanna do whatever, but he’s just a man doing this and the other.
We really don’t have a real relationship where we’re together or where we be around each other or I see him a lot. But we talk here and there. We always call and talk to each other once in awhile, maybe say a few things or whatever, “I love you.” Or like when he need someone to talk to, I’m always there for him and when I need someone to talk to, he’s there.

Hey i’m a lil wayne fan and I think that he’s rediculous, to his ex- wife, when he would get caught cheating, by her he would ask her if she wanted to join in, I’m glad that she got out of that it’s so unhealthy and she deserves so much better!

Ok maybe it’s just me, but shouldn’t that child be older than 8? I mean considering that they had her at 14 & 15 wouldn’t that make them around 22 & 23? So, how is she 8 when Wayne’s almost 26? I think she is lying about the “I Love You” part to make the Ladies mad. Maybe they do who really knows. She knows Lil’Wayne is Hot to these young ladies and some older women. I like the fact that Lil’Wayne has proven, it is not impossible to be a young parent and attend college by completing his degree from University of Houston.

Very cute little girl. It’s ashame that lil wayne has such a poor image hopefully he will snap out of it before it’s too late.
Kid’s look up to their parents alot and you have lil wayne bragging about syrup and his drug use. I mean this is a dangerous thing for his kid’s to see. I hope his lil girl mother do talk to him about his poor image when she speaks to him every once in a while as she stated in her blog.
