SINGER MARIO WINANS FAILS TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT;A DEADBEAT DAD?
Singer Mario Winans of the famous gospel family “the Winans”,is being accused of failing to pay child support to Janel Bennett,the mother of his three-year-old son Jordan. The Bad Boy artist known for his hit single”I don’t Wanna Know” reportedly took a DNA test back in 2005 to determine whether or not Jordan was indeed his son;DNA tests proved that Mario was indeed the father. Hip-hop producer MARIO WINANS is reportedly refusing to support his three-year-old son, according to his ex-lover JANEL BENNETT.Bennett, who was in an eight-year relationship with Winans before she had her son Jordan, claims she was removed from her family home in Miami, Florida because Winans refused to pay support.The surprise eviction has apparently left the cocktail waitress “homeless and living with friends on the south side of Chicago”.Two years ago (05) the single mother was caught up in a legal battle with the producer to prove he was the father of her son. DNA reports came back positive, and Winans was made to pay Bennett $4,500 (£2,250) per month in child support.Bennett tells the New York Post’s PageSix, “He hasn’t paid me. I just wanted support, and I was on disability and Medicaid and welfare just to have the baby.”He stopped paying last year… by the end of August 2007, I lost the house and moved to Chicago… I just want him to do right by Jordan… It would be so simple for him to call me so we could work something out.” Bennett met the I Don’t Wanna Know star in 1997 through their mutual friend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.Winans’ representatives have made no comment on the allegations.
Mario is now a married man(wife’s name is Joy) 
dont take $4500 to raise a child monthly!!! What was she doing with the money should be the concern!!! If it wasn’t about money, he would be taking care of his son!!! Some women are greedy……
Thats a matter of perspective- it all depends on the monthly bills for both parties and the percentage the judge figures to award support. To someone that has money or knows the costs of living 4500 is actually not that much. What is wrong with Mario? What happened to him? He has a belly and he looks like a has been trying to be a rock star- this lady hes with looks old and worn out- probably all those long,lonely nights wondering whos legs hes in between …
Well in the mean time….. what has she be doing? You got to get up and make things happen for yourself. It seem like home girl was wating on that money.

this is not his wife this is his babys mama and he has three of them but has never married but mario takes care of his kids and all this was a big mess due to the sista here in the photo he was with janel and got this one pregnant and had a daughter so he must have just kept in touch or reaquainted and thats how this new baby came but i know for a fact that she is not trying to fight over some 5000 knowing J she was fighting for the principle she has money and is successful and i just seen them kickn it and they were getting along fine there is more to this story dont believe the hype
