Eddie Murphy has revealed the real reason he doesn’t want to have anything to do with his 11-month-old daughter Angel by Spice Girl Mel B - because he believes she trapped him into having a baby.The Nutty Professor star claimed 32-year-old Mel insisted she was on birth control, and revealed they only had sex three times, according to a US report.“What was supposed to be a casual relationship ended with her having his baby and taking him to court for millions,” a source told The National Enquirer. This is still no reason to not have a relationship with his daughter. This little girl is innocent, She did not ask to be created and born into this world. We make that choice for our children when we decide to embrace and become as one (man & women) And we have been taught and educated in life about sex. And we all know that before we go there that there may be a chance that she might end up pregnant. Eddie should just make some type of legal arrangement for visitation and see his daughter at an off site place, Maybe his home or his mothers home. He does not have to deal with the mom directly right now, But he does need to accept and learn to communicate with her when it comes to the child’s well being. WE HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT CHILDREN ARE A GIFT FROM THE GOD/LORD ABOVE. I have six and love then completely. They are my little BLESSINGS and I thank God everyday and I never forget these terrific blessings that he has given to me. Lets just love and take care of our children, Please!
I dnt blame him….she needs to take her child support money and leave it alone. What else does she want…she should have thought about all this before she laid down with him! She had a baby from a causual relationship and he is paying for it so she just needs to accept what he is giving her and be done with it.

Get all the $$$ you can from that dirt bag Murphy, and give it to Angel when she comes of legal age. Stephen Belafonte seems like a decent enough guy….let HIM be Angel’s TRUE daddy (the man who loves you AND raises you!).
Sex = Babies…what don’t you understant about that, your both adults…take care of your child…if you don’t what to have kids.

Eddie Murphy is a waste of space, why should it be the woman responsibility to use contraceptive, if he didn’t want kids he should have being responsible and use protection, better still refrain from sex.

Are you an idiot? Who exactly are you punishing? An inocent baby, please oh please tell me you are not that silly. My father was prominant african american lawyer, and my mother was a beautiful Spanish woman who met and fell in love with my father in the middle 60″s. In 1966 my mother concieved a baby that my father very quickly had her to abort. In 1968, I was concieved and my mother, decided to keep me. My father, who used the same ole tired excuse Mr. Murphy is trying to use, vowed to never have one thing to do with me if my mother continued with the pregnancy.
I must tell you that he kept every bit of that promise. I suppose though he was tricked into climbing into bed with my mother enough to knock her up twice? Huh?
I grew up hating the fact that my mother gave birth to me. I hated Fathers Day at school and would pretend to be sick on the Friday just before so that I would not have to make some “I have a great dad gift.” when in fact my father never picked up a phone or sent even a birthday card.
I felt unwanted, because like Eddie Murphy, I had other siblings that were not only acknowledged by my father, but supported as well. My mother worked very hard long hours to keep my basic needs met and I felt so sorry for her, many times I would cry knelt down between the wall and the bed thinking if she had not chosen to have me, she would have been better off.
Mr Murphy, I am 40 years old and I lost my mother in 1998, my father died in 1999 and met me face-to-face only once, just to say that “He didn’t wish to persue a relationship with me at the time, because it would be too hard to explain.” I will never heal the deeply rooted scars in my soul from this whole lifetime of pain, can you imagine how that baby girl will grow up thinking that she wasn’t good enough to be your daughter?
I hope that someone who is your real friend Mr. Murphy will sit down with you and get to the core of your heart, tell you the truth and help you to do the right thing.

Eddie Murphy is a damn idiot. Whether MelB tricked him or not, the child is here and he needs to just accept that. Why haven’t men realized yet that the whole reason sex exist is so that reproduction can take place. A woman can be on birth control, using condoms, and if God wants it to be, she can STILL GET PREGNANT. The only type of birth control that is 100% effective is abstinence. So if he didn’t want to have a baby with her, he should’ve had sex with her. Once they have sex, if she concieves, it’s her choice on how to procede. Murphy never seemed to have learned to control himself and his urges. I’m betting it won’t be long before he has another baby on the way… especially if he thinks he can have sex with no consequences. How dumb is he? Karma will get him for abandoning his child(ren).
