LISA MICELI WANTS MICHAEL JORDAN TO TAKE 3RD PATERNITY TEST
A woman from northwestern Pennsylvania is asking NBA legend Michael Jordan to take a paternity test for the 3rd time. The woman,whose name is Lisa Miceli, claims that Jordan fathered her four-year-old son. Jordan,however,denies having fathered Miceli’s son stating that a 2005 paternity test rules him out as the boy’s father.

Meanwhile,Ms. Miceli has asked a Crawford judge to lift a restraining order filed by Jordan in February of this year:
[Jordan's]Chicago-based attorney, Frederick J. Sperling, participated by phone.He denied Miceli’s claims that the restraining order prevents her from negotiating a child-support agreement settlement with Jordan.
“There is not going to be a settlement,” Sperling told the judge. “Mr. Jordan is not the father of her child, and we’re not going to engage in any discussions on that.”
Judge Gordon Miller did not immediately rule on Miceli’s request for a third test.
Jordan’s civil suit charges that Miceli violated a 2005 no-contact agreement by sending him and his acquaintances hundreds of e-mail and voice messages.
Miceli has said she sent them out of frustration after failing to get Jordan to acknowledge a relationship and the child.
Sperling did not immediately respond to messages left at his office on Saturday.

This is crazy! Yes, she is a gold digger and she now finds herself just like another statistic! She is a single mother with no claime to the baby daddy even being famous. I bet she is frustrated because she has a black-baby with an average wage-earner. She wants to get paid for her lay…This is good - Who has the last laugh!
This Woman has got a lost soul. I guess she seems to have a Delusional Disorder and needs psychatric treatment. Her family does nothing against this fiasco, which has created over years. Cyberstalking, phone threats to the attorney, damage of reputation and spreading a fairy tale in the web, is a crime.
Fact is: MJ is NOT the father, and therefore she should leave him alone at least.

She can’t be serious. She wants him to remove the restraining order! So she can continue to stalk him (crazy)! If she was trying to be a real gold digger. Two thumbs up for harassment. Let that woman continue to try and get his money, since his wife (Juanita) wasn’t good enough for him. Something got to make these black athletes open their eyes and realize a good woman when they have one.
I am embarrassed to even say that I am from Meadville with this woman around! I have seen her and her son and guess what? He looks NOTHING like Michael Jordan…surprise! She walks around with sunglass on even inside. Ashamed of herself or feeling like a wanna be celeb? She is now trying to sue MTV and Paris Hilton amoung others because of that show Paris Hilton BFF or whatever it is. Claiming that they all stole her ideas and that the new season is taking place in Dubai and since she has a relationship with a memberof the Dubai roalty it is a type of theft. Give me a break. If she is having that type of relationship and her life is so glamorous then why is her son in a public school in plain little Meadville? I hope her family has her committed soon.
