Rapper 5o cent has come out on top in an eviction case between him and his ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins. The trial which took place on Thursday,April 3rd,called into question whether or not Ms. Tompkins had the right to continue to stay in the rapper’s Long Island home.Watch as Shaniqua Tompkins,the mother of rapper 50 cent’s son Marquise Jackson,battles it out with her 10-year-old kid’s father .
50 cent:”Today’s a good day, I’m a winner. I always win. The house is mine. She just wants to drag the situation out as long as possible. I think she just wants to see me dragging me back and fourth to court. My time is worth a lot so I’m wasting my time right now.”
Shaniqua Tompkins:”I’ve been with 50 for a very long time.He’s a very evil and abusive man and that’s why I left him in the first place. Any man that can evict his own child out of a house is evil. After I took care of him and I worked when he wasn’t doing anything. He’s a very evil and disgruntled man. I just hope God bless him.”

He stated that he did not purchase the home for her but for himself and when she asked to live there he agreed. He also states that he pays hella child support for his son and spends mad time with him, that woman can go get her own home.

By the way, although I love the French…some of them can be so bias when it comes to family issues. Many would rather see a child in the custody of the psycholgicaly insane/drug addicted father then with the mother who is more healthy. So bashing 50’s babies momma in this video does not surprise me for a country that also put women on a stake and burned them….this is just another attempt at doing the same thing they did years ago..but in a diffrent way.
I think they are both immature, but she is worse. If he is paying child support and being involved with his son then she should be thankful. For someone without a job and probably limited education she sure drives a nice car. I think she has gotten fat off 50 and should think about HER future. She does not deserve the house, especially if she has been disrespectful at inviting her new boyfriend to stay. That is like giving it to 50. Long and short she is a very stupid, self centered woman. I’m all about a man taking care of his children and I think it was quite generous of 50 to let her and his son live in HIS home. But I believe Ms.Shaniqua forgot that she was living in 50’s home. Why would she think it would be ok to move some man into 50’s home? That’s where she blew it. Why would he want to take care of another man? Would you do it? Hey, if it were me in Ms. Shaniqua’s shoes, my man would just be able to visit and we could kick it at his crib. I wouldn’t dare attempt to move another man into a home that it owned by my ex and he is basically allowing me to stay there. Child or no child, she should not have moved another man into that house without 50’s permission. Thats the price you pay when you are a kept woman.

A free house is a free house, but come on… this house is not that nice compared to what he’s worth. If he were a kind man, he would let her have the lil ‘ol cheap house, do child support and not a dime more. But the fact that he continues to contend with her is making him look stupid. I mean, why is it that men are willing to let their OWN CHILDREN live in housing FAR sub-standard to their own, just to SPITE the mother? You would think he would want his son in a safe neighborhood in a fairly nice home comparable to where he lays his f^ckin’ head every night. Now where is the child gonna live? In what the mother alone can afford - back in the hood? My kids would sleep equal or better than me, regardless of who they live with. BOTTOM LINE!

Agree…nothing wrong with her having a man but if her & 50 didn’t establish that the house now belongs to “her”. He was only allowing her to stay there because of their child (I take it rent free). She should have known how a man would think.
No man wants to feel like a sucka. I’m willing to bet 50 cent didn’t even care about that house or who she was screwing. But when it came to him providing the roof over another man’s head, he’s looking like the other dude needs to provide the roof if he wants to lay up.
Why do you think a lot of these old divorced white woman stay single (in movies anyway…lol)? They know how to play the game. They know once they even think about moving another man into that ex house, the benefits package stop. I have 3 brothers that were married and 2 ended in divorce. Growing up I use to think they were so weak for always helping the ex-wife even when she was seeing someone else. It wasn’t until I had my own family and became the ex-wife did I understand how important that help was. You may break ties with a women, but never with your child. As my older brother would say,”Sometimes his ex reaps the benefits of his hard labor, but as a man he will do what he has to to take care of his own!” See money runs out eventually, but the love of a child never stops. I have raised 4 kids while getting my degree. Never lived with any man but there father. I sacrificed to raise educated, high standard kids. Yeah, the baby momma needs to invest some of her benefits to where it will make a better future for her and her son. 50 has made her accustom to a better life style. That house was a fraction of what he makes and to deny his son because of the mother is not right. God would have blessed him more for being the better man. I know he has another woman or women in his life. Why can’t she be happy in or out of her home. Be a man 50 and write the house off as a gift. It’s more to this story than meets the eye. I know he is living good and the house where his son resides should never have been an issue. He has money to fight in court and try to make the women that carried his son for 9 months look bad. God has the biggest pocket book I know. He has the last say on everything. People have become poor overnight. People dont be so quick to judge, neither party is totally right, but 50 man up!!! Your in the public’s eye and we see all your ex’s. Why cant your son’s mother be happy whether it be a thug or a doctor, thats her choice. Only a real man would agree to that. How in the world can you just call this woman a gold digger? Please, no one knowa this woman or knows how much education she has. Regardless she probably took care of this sorry man for as long as they were together. He probably took her through a lot. Like the abuse she speaks of.
