Comedian Mike Epps has allegedly attacked a man who tried to serve him with paternity court papers:

A process server claims he was beaten up by Mike Epps and two other men when he tried to serve him with a paternity lawsuit in Kentucky. The alleged victim told Louisville police that he was backstage at Louisville Gardens waiting for his moment to serve the comedian. As he approached and tried to hand Epps the papers, the alleged beatdown ensued.The man says he suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut, according to his complaint.

Mike Epps you need to keep it real with yourself and be a man and claim what is yours. Just like when you come home to indy you act like you are all that! There is no reason why a child should be on this earth and the dad makes all that money and still not trying to fess up! If it is not yours you have nothing to worry about but why sit up there and not find out and your off spring out here looking at you like a dead beat!
