THAT JUST GOES TO PROVE THAT MAKE UP, HAIR AND COSMETIC SURGERY CAN MAKE A BILLY GOAT LOOK LIKE A DIME PIECE. WITH MAKEUP AND ALL OF THE OTHER ACESSORIES THE CELEBRITIIES COME WITH THEY ALL CAN LOOK INCREDIBLY SMASHING.
