for them 400k a year is like a $1 a year for rest of the people, % wise! would you pay your child $1 a year or a month?! you got to understand that they dont drive a bus or toyota, or live in $500 apartment, they car is worth more than most of the people will make in their lifetime! and kids have every right to live in the lifestyle adequate to their father income!!

and excuse if you have 2 kids you need a nanny! mother needs to have some life to, and she is working full time! so yes a nanny and personal assistant if she needs it. Some of you guys just think small, you are never will be able to think big thats why you have no money!!!

Russell always says nice things about his ex. He says she is a good mother. Also, he just posted a blog from his site Global Grind stating the details of why child support is 40K.

The reality is 98% of the people who are making comments can’t understand or comprehend the lifestyle of the rich and famous. So 40k to use or $400,000 to us is like a lot of money. Whereas, to Russell and his ex it’s like $40,000 or $4,000. Russell is not going to miss the money. It’s nothing.

Kimora doesn’t need all that is stated in the agreement, she is living in the house still they set-up for there family,and she already lives in California, Russell has turned over Baby Phat completely to her, she has full custody of the kids, 40,000 a month in child support and resonable vistiation agreements but its like she is taking him to the bank, she should be thankful he married her butt, and he proved for her to become who she is, I know the fashion world, and at 19 she was good but she was no top model, russell made Kimora the name she is, and she has shown she is a gold-digger. 8 yrs. of marriage, 2 kids, a mulit-millon dollar business, a reality show, and now another child on the way, like she really needs that one. I pray God helps her.
