June’s Celebrity baby of the month was none other than singer Melanie Brown(Mel B’s) daughter Angel Iris Brown. Angel Iris Brown was born on April 3, 2007, which happens to be her father Eddie Murphy’s birth date. Although it has been confirmed through DNA testing that actor Eddie Murphy is indeed Angel’s father,he refuses to see his daughter.

Who cares if he spends time with her or not if he’s not going to add anything to the child’s life? I get so tired of people talking about “spending time.” What’s that? It’s overrated. If he has no desires for the child, then he’s doing the right thing. He should send his check and go on about his business. He has 5 other children he’s probably not spending time with either. Most men don’t know how to “spend time” with their spouses let alone “spend time” with their children. What’s he gonna do? Look at her? Sit in front of the TV with her? Take her to the store and buy her more of what she doesn’t need? As I said, “spending time” is overrated. At least he’s being honest. He could go get her and just ignore her all the same. At least he’s leaving her with a mother who loves her and gives her attention. I think that’s a heck of a lot better than him faking his love and calling himself “seeing” her or “spending time” with her.
