How can he say that “she tricked him” I remember when they were soooo in love and he was saying that this was his woman and he couldn’t get enough of her. If I’m not mistaken wasn’t he talking about marrying this woman. Now he’s saying oh she tricked me! What ever! That is a dang shame. Enough about him, she is a cute baby and she has a father. Don’t you see him carrying her on his shoulders that’s a real man.

Yes, Eddie Murphy is wrong, but women have to take some responsibility too. Maybe dating the guy more than 4 to 5 months and possibly marrying him before having a child would be a good idea.Women, we need to be more selective with whom we decide to lay down with, especially unprotected.

I agree with all of the comments also i think it is sick that a man can prodeuce a child but after does not want anything to do with them .. something that these men and women dont realize is that eventually when they get old they need there children and some want even bring you a drink of water when you need it !!! so people take care of your children !!!

I agree with the last 2 comments as well. Any man can make a baby, it takes a real man to raise one, The realist of all kind is the one that raises one like as his own that some other sorry sap left behind. The real loser will not be the child. It will be the one who missed out on all that unconditional love. As a mother of four I know no one loves you like your children. Eddie is a punk in every sense of the word. I also agree that Mel made a bad choice in her desire to be a mother by choosing him. He has nine kids. The only reason he is saying he is not seeing the baby because she tricked him, is that is the lie him tells himself so he won’t feel so bad. How can you blame a baby for her parents mistakes. If you ask me I say it’s a blessing for her to have a man who wants to be in her life, instead of having a reluctant one that would probably make her feel unwanted whenever he decides to bless her with his presence. Let’s pray Stephen will be there for her unlike her father. This is just another example that being older doesn’t always make you wiser. You gain wisdom by experience and you use it as you mature. Unfortunately not everyone matures.

Eddie Murphy is a punk. I don’t understand why any woman would want him as a mate. This isn;t the first child he has abandoned. He has others, not by his wife Nicole, so I don;t understand why Mel B. was surprised by his reaction to her subsequent pregnancy and child. She may have “fooled” him into getting pregnant, but if he had properly protected himself then he wouldn’t be in this situation. Regardless, a child was conceived and he has a moral and legal obligation to her. If he don’t want to develop a relationship with his daughter with Mel B. then if I was her, I wouldn’t worry about. As long as he provides child support, it would be his lose.

I could have not said it better. Eddie Murphy may be maid a Mel B because he feels she got pregnant on purpose. But it’s sad he is only hurting a innocent child. His. Besides it takes a SELFISH person to hurt a child. And this is what Eidde is doing. It’s about him.

To answer your question have you ever heard the expression that hurt people hurt people. Some people are nothing more than wounded children in a grown up body. They are so focused on their own pain they can’t see the pain they inflict on others. They would rather keep others at a distance so they won’t be able to get close to anyone else so that can’t be hurt anymore. I think they are very lonely themselves, but they would rather be lonely than vulnerable
to hurt. I hope that makes sense. You just have to make sure you teach your kids it’s not their fault and that they are worthy.
