I got to spend the 4th in Butte too, and got to shake Obama’s hand. The crowd was very excited and I am glad that his family had a good time.

If Obama’s presidency encourages other fathers, black and white, to be with their wives and children, and take responsibility in bringing up the children, he will have achieved enough as a first black president. He is leading an exemplary life.

His family is lovely and we wish them well.
