Singer Beyonce and her nephew Daniel Juelz Smith Jr. watched backstage as Solange Knowles performed at the 2008 Essence Music Festival on Saturday in New Orleans.Beyonce played the perfect role of the caring Aunty, making sure that Daniel wore earplugs as he listened to his mom sing.
