Contrary to what you might here now & again about “black only”, a site like this is needed. So far the headlines that Ive read have not been deragatory. Sometimes its nice just to be reminded that black families still exist & that we’re not all ashamed (or whatever it is thats going on) to be a member of one. I hope this family continues to stick together through all that life brings & all their personal screw ups b/c life is not perfect. I hope they share more good than bad times. I’m greatful my parents stuck it out for my siblings & I.
