NEWS:BABY CONCEIVED FROM SPERM FROZEN FOR 19 YEARS
A couple in the UK has given birth to a baby girl conceived from sperm frozen for a record-breaking 19 years.The couple’s first child,Poppy, was also conceived from frozen sperm:

Ella Patience Iyoha is held tenderly by overjoyed parents Emmanuel, 47, and Zoe, 42, for whom she is a miracle child. IT engineer Emmanuel’s sperm was stored after he was diagnosed with cancer in 1989.He was told that he had Hodgkin’s lymphoma after he found a lump in his neck. At the time, he was married to first wife Elaine. They had a son Kyle, two, and wanted a bigger family but then his illness was spotted and he began treatment at Christie’s Hospital, Manchester. He said: “The doctors did say the chemo would probably make me infertile but I was just concerned with surviving.
“But one of the nurses kept asking me about it and eventually I agreed to have my sperm frozen.” Zoe gave birth to their first daughter, Poppy, after using his frozen sperm in 2006. Emmanuel, from Stockport, Greater Manchester, met music teacher Zoe after his first wife died of liver disease in 1997. The couple wed in July 2002.

That’s so weird.. and crazy! So it’s like that baby is 19 yrs old.. she’ll have an ‘old soul’!!

What was the purpose of that? Did he get himself fixed & saved some sperm in case they decided to have a baby later? I’m happy for them but I feel this experimental stuff will have bad side affects eventually. Men have the ability to product in old age. But that’s why in some cases children come out with mental & physical disabilities because the parents are to old.
