Melanie Brown, her daughter Phoenix Chi,9, and her husband Stephen Belafonte with his daughter Giselle,4, attended the premiere of the Disney Channel movie “The Cheetah Girls One World” in Hollywood on August 12.

    Phoenix hair is nice. She reminds me of a mini spice girl. And Everybody do not need to put perms in the hair. That why most of young black kids these days have no hair because parents aways trying to put a perm in it.
