MARCUS SPEARS:MY FAMILY IS IMPORTANT
Family life is important to NFL player Marcus Spears. The Dallas Cowboys defensive-end says that his 18-month-old daughter and his wife Aiysha Smith have influenced his life in a positive way:”I don’t do the same things I used to anymore,” Spears said. “I don’t go out to clubs. My family has become more important to me – my wife and my daughter.”
Spears’ sister Deidre has also noticed the positive changes that family life has had on her brother:”When you start having children, you start appreciating family – what the true definition of a family is,” Deidre Spears said. “Having a baby girl and his wife [Aiysha], all that stuff makes a difference.”
Marcus has an 18-month-old daughter named Macaria and he is expecting his second child in April.

I fully agree with his sister’s statement. Once you have children you realize the value of family. It’s no longer all about you. It’s actually a beautiful thing.
