RAPPER 50 CENT GETS VISITATION RIGHTS
Rapper 50 Cent a.k.a Curtis Jackson has reached a settlement with the mother of his 12-year-old son over visitation rights. The rapper will get one weekend per month with his son Marquise, as well as one month in the summer and half of each of his winter and spring breaks.
Both Shaniqua Tomkins,the boy’s mother,and 50 Cent are content with the settlement, which was reached in Suffolk County Family Court in Central Islip.
“I’m happy it’s actually done with,” 50 Cent said.
Shaniqua Tompkins said she was also happy with the agreement:
”[Marquise is] going to get visitation on his terms, when he wants to see his dad,” Tompkins said. “Despite my feelings for Mr. Jackson, that’s Marquise’s dad,” Tompkins said. “I want him to have a positive relationship with his dad.”
The custody dispute erupted because Tompkins became concerned about her son’s safety after a May fire destroyed a $2.4 million Dix Hills home that the rapper owned and she occupied.Tompkins later accused 50 cent of setting fire to the house, a charge that the rapper has denied. Investigation in still ongoing.
Glad an agreement was reached but it doesn’t seem like a lot of time spent together. I guess he’s (50) is working a lot but still. And was she implying that the child came up with these terms cause that’s all the time he wanted to spend with his dad? Oh well, best of luck to them all!

It’s sad that 50 wanted to get 2 weekends each month and only gets one. Back in the day when 50 just had become famous him and Marquise could spend all the time together they wanted but then Shaniqua came back into the picture and wanted Quise to live with her. I know 50 is busy but he always was there for his son and always will. No matter what people say, he loves him. I know that people are gonna hate and will claim he doesn’t want to see him but that’s not true.
Don’t understand why so many of you posted negative, close-minded attacks on Jada Pinkett-Smith’s post yesterday but only positivity for this misogynist ape. Does he really need to share more of his hate for women and thug mannerisms with an innocent child?
