Designer Rachel Roy is photographed with her daughter Ava,9 at Dylan’s Candy Bar Relaunch Celebration on 10/27/2008 .The designer recently welcomed another daughter named Tallulah on May 13th of this year. Rachel’s husband Damon Dash is the father of both girls.
