Lets not forget that private schools are not government owned and therefore do not get government sudsidy.They may also run more programmes than the government schools. Public schools would be to open and the girls would be more prone to attack at one. Plus, can you imagine how people in the neighborhood at the public school would feel with snipers and CIA for an 8 block radius.
