awww that’s nice. Malia looks like her grandma to me. The one that recently passed. She good dad’s complex and mom’s stature, but definitely definitely looks like grandma’s face. Beautiful :-)

I hope they have fun. I really hope Barack has fun because he has been working nonstop. And he will have the weight of the world on his shoulders. They have earned this vacation. Too bad he has to come back to the mess George Bush created and fix it. Nice pictures.

I’m glad you got these photos. I have been seeing stories on the news and in the newspaper, but haven’t seen any good close up photos of their vacay in Hawaii. They are being stalked by camera men and reporters there. I hope they can manage to enjoy their stay and each other while they’re there. The media has been reporting on everything the man eats to how long he was in the water to the cost of the home they’re staying in. Even the local residents are being interviewed about his stay there and they all seem to be beaming with pride. They’re ecstatic about one of their own going on to become president. I wish I could attend the inauguration.

I agree Georgia and Katrina. I too hope the First Family can get some much needed and well-earned relaxation.

He is from Hawaii that is why he is there so much.
If you look up more info you will see that Barack and Michelle were millionaires b4 he even ran for presidency. So he has the money.

    @ Sha

When you campaign for 21 months, lose your grandmother the day before the election, and have to be the president of the United States of America and DON’T take any vacations then you can complain about Obama spending the holidays in Hawaii with his sister, neices, daughters and wife.

SMH at people complaining about this man taking a vacation w/his family. What in the h-e-hockey sticks does the recession have to do w/what he does w/his money? Don’t be mad because you are broke and can’t go on Hawaii. Is he supposed to move into a poor house b/c others are having a difficult time? Heck no! Good to see this wonderful family out and having fun.
