Facts/Opinions:
- Rumors are rampant on the web saying that 45-year-old First Lady Michelle Obama will soon have a “White House baby”.
- Blogger Perez Hilton is said to have an “completely unconfirmed” source saying that Michelle Obama is pregnant.
- First Lady Michelle and President Barack Obama have clearly stated in the past that they have no intentions of having more children
- Several photos of Michelle sipping on what looks like a glass of champagne have been uncovered, but this too failed to stop the gossip mill. For one, she could have been drinking something that had no alcohol, some say, so, for what it’s worth, she could be pregnant with her third child. Other outlets are saying that 45-year-old Michelle could have been pregnant as far back as November, when Obama won the elections. (SoftPedia)
So is she or isn’t Pregnant?
ooooh I hope she is but that would limit her ability to travel with the President especially during their first year as President and First Lady. Also, having a child at her age is very risky! But if she’s pregnant I am very happy for them!

I don’t think so. I would love for them to have a boy, but she’s getting up there in age so maybe it’s not such a good idea. However, if she is I’m happy for them.

I don’t know if the rumors are true or not. But if she is they will be the first to have a baby in the White House. I want it to be true and I hope it’s a boy.
But I heard Michelle say on Ellen’s show that she had no plans for another child.

Michelle Obama isnot pregnant. I see people are wishing for it to be true but it’s not. She already said she wasn’t having another child and she is to old to have another one. She would be walking a thin line carrying a third child at her age.
Michelle certainly would NOT BE THE FIRST 45 year old woman to bear a healthy child! My mama had ME when she was 46! And I turned out just fine, born full term and everything………;-)
And, I do NOT believe that Barack is the “cheatin’” type….pregnant wife or NO…so everyone keep your panties on!
Yeah, I think this is a normal 45 year old women’s pouch, too. And, it’s not even that much of a pouch. I’ve got one, after just one child, and I’d love mine to be the size of hers. Plus, Barack’s all about politics and and apprently already thinking re-election; if they do decide to have another child, I think he’d want to wait a few years when it might be more advantageous politically.

Even though people might disagree with me I hope she is not this is not the kind of news he needs in this economy with all the problems he has to face right now. Hopefully she is not.
What does whether or not Michelle Obama is pregnant or not have to do with the economy? I think they are quite capable of caring for three children and able to do so better than most. Now if we were talking about the mom of the octuplets who is single and already has six children………….. Anywho, I wish them the best and if she is pregnant I think she’ll do fine and say congrats to them!
I don’t believe this for a second. Barack and Michelle are quite comfortable with their girls. Michelle has said that the Sasha and Malia have demanded a baby brother but I don’t think it’s gonna happen.
That would be INCREDIBLE if she was pregnant.

I just don’t think she is pregnant. It would be wonderful if she was but I doubt it. She is about to start working and she wouldn’t make plans if she was pregnant. If she is I know the media will go crazy trying to get pictures of that baby.

she is indeed pregnat she her self made this statement at Storks Landing in Illinois “Yes, it’s true, I’m pregnant,” beamed Michelle as she bit into a kosher dill pickle. “That’s why I asked my mother to move into the White House with us.”
She doing a wonder job hiding it if she is. I think with her age it may be harder for her to get pregnant. That would cause a very serious security concern if she is. That’s one reason I don’t think they would say it.

I agree with Nita why would she look pregnant one day and not the next. It was just the outfit she had on. I don’t believe for a second that she is pregnant. Perez Hilton and his so- called ‘’source” are wrong.
Where did these rumors come from?
Well if she is she must be early because she doesn’t look pregnant. But everybody is different I didn’t show until I was 7 months. But somehow I don’t believe this one.
I don’t believe it. At her age it can be harder for her to get pregnant the natural way and I doubt they are going to a clinc. I just don’t see her pregnant. It would be too much of a security risk.
I don’t know why bloggers like perez hilton spread rumors. She isnot pregnant and michelle told Ellen when she was on her show that she was done having babies.

Where’s the media coverage if she is. This would be on every news network and every magazine. But it’s not which leads me to believe that it is a rumor with no truth to it at all.
This is probably just a rumor. But I have noticed she looks alittle thicker around the hips. That doesn’t mean she is pregnant.

Even if she was pregnant they would not be the first to have a baby in the white house. JFK and Jacke O had a baby boy in 1963 that was born prematurely and died 2 days after birth
I think she might be and I believe if she is not only does the Obamas want to keep it on the low. But the white house and secret service may want to hide it for as long as they can. For security reasons.
