You have to look at the environment in which a kid with these names came from, the type of parents that are more likely to give their kids these names. Not saying that all parents who give their kids different names are less than, or lower class. But I will say that there is always some truth to a stereotype. On top of that parents who give their kids very different names are usually trying not to conform to the social norms of the dominant society. That's how the kids starting off his/her life.
