JERMAINE WANTS FULL CUSTODY OF HIS KIDS JAAFAR AND JERMAJESTY
Singer Jermaine Jackson wants sole custody of his two children is ex-wife Alejandra. Here is the reason why Jermaine wants custody of his kids. As told by RadarOnline:
Jermaine Jackson was working on a pilot for a television show several days ago,when he got a call from the LAPD Devonshire Division saying they had picked up his two sons from their school after the 8 year old son. According to Jackson, his son Jermajesty told a teacher that his mother, Alejandra, had been slapping him repeatedly across the face. The teacher immediately called the police.
The LAPD placed Jermaine’s sons, Jaafar and Jermajesty in Jermaine’s custody according to Gary Mitchell, Jermaine’s uber celebrity divorce law attorney. “Jermaine is seeking sole custody of the children and will do all that is necessary to protect and safe guard the children. I will be going to court early next week to address this situation. Jermaine will be seeking sole custody with visitation for Alejandra, but we will be requesting that visitation be monitored.” Gary Mitchell tells RadarOnline.com. “Jermajesty has been missing a lot of school recently, and Jermaine and his teachers want to know why,” Mitchell says.
Just weeks ago, Jermaine sought for spousal support from his ex-wife. Will he get his spousal support as well as custody of the kids? Only time will tell!

a slap if a child is naughty - i agree BUT beating a child is wrong and if thats the case then he should stay with his father.

Didn’t he just say he can’t pay his child support. Now he wants custody. How is he going to support them full time? Maybe they don’t need to be with Jeramine either. The kids names alone is enough for both of them to lose custody.

I find it a little suspicious that he wants sole custody of the kids now that he is broke and can’t pay child support. If he gets full custody it’s the mother that has to pay the child support right?
Didn’t he say [via the Related post: I can't support my kids financially] that he can barely afford groceries or support himself?
Women get child support when they’re broke and can’t afford anything so why is it so wrong for a man to do the same. I have issues with her having kids by brothers. Of all the men in the world, she’s gets with two in the same family. Sounds like the ultimate groupie.
I’m with you about having kids by brothers. But where was the brother to brother loyalty? A [person] will only do what you allow them to do. So I was thinking of all the women in the world, why would you get with your brother’s ex (especially being they had kids together).

I don’t know the whole story but it is funny now he wants full custody. After he just said he can’t pay his child support.

Let’s just forget about the jacked up names for a minute,because people are missing the big picture here.No matter what this child did ,he doesn’t deserve to be repeatedly slapped around,she could be taken her anger out on the child,because of her bad relationship with Jermaine.Unfortunately some sick, bitter mothers do this,and if he can provide a safe haven for his children,then he has every right to protect his children,broke or not.This is the same woman who has children with Jermaine’s brother Randy,so this abuse of this child would not surprise me at all.
