    Too Grown!!! The one exposed shoulder, the side swept hairstyle and the hand on the non existing hip.

    Where is her Momma? And I don’t care if I sound like a prude, my 7 year old wears tiny, strappy things sometimes, mostly a bathing suit….AT HOME!! She’s def a beauty, but that dress is not my thing for someone so little.

    @Meena

    Girl, don’t worry, you’re not the only prude. I’m an 80′s baby and I STILL feel that some of these little ones are dressing beyond their ages.

    I’m not hating on Madison and others, they are all BEAUTIFUL girls (girls, not ladies). Her outfit isn’t “bad” it’s just not age appropriate.

    Maybe the industry’s demand for maturity is to blame, who knows.

    There is always a time and a place for everything…maybe she should hold out on this outfit until her late teens/early twenties.

    Ex: Picture Jayden (Will and Jada’s kid), showing up in jeans, Stacy Adams shoes and a half buttoned Coco Channel shirt that showed his hairless chest…LOL, funny image, not “bad” but not age appropriate.

    Either way, she’s still a cute girl!

    I have to agree, that dress is FAR too mature for that little girl. I understand that lots of children want to look grown up, that’s why they have parents. She’s a beautiful LITTLE GIRL and that’s how she should be dressed.

    I think a lot of the way the hollywood children dress has to do with a stylist that’s use to dressing grown women. Cute little girl. Hope her parents get her some braces.

    @azaryah
    She’s mixed. One of her parents are black, the other hispanic.
    I thought the same thing as you.

    waaay to young for this look. She looks like she’s 12 but she’s only 9!!

    Imagine what she’ll look like at 12 and then at 15. Where does it end.

    Just look at TV shows and one can see why these little girls dress so grown up, Plus they have grown clothes in the Department stores for babies. It’s up to the parents. But the kids are cute.

    such a cute pic… and the outfit is too cute on her!

    i dont understand why everyone keeps asking where are the parents…. the way a child dresses does not always define how the parents have raised them. as long as they have God intsilled in them… morals, values and respect then thats what matters.

    For the people saying she needs braces, the dentist say kids shouldn’t get them until around 12/13 when all the baby teeth have came out.

    Anyways, she is a beautiful young girl and her outfit is cute.

    ‘where are the parents, too grown, she’s gonna become a baby mama…please!’ Some of you are overkill with that thinking, I wonder if some of you wore a nun’s habit or something as kids.

    That outfit is cool, I like the rose necklace.

    She looks cute, maybe a bit over the top but that’s expected on the read carpet. I’m sure she doesn’t dress like this to play hopscotch!

    The dress is cute and shows nothing but her arm.

    So would it also be inappropriate if she wore a tank dress? All you can see is her arm! I dont see what the big deal is. I think she looks great!

    I personally dont think there is anything wrong with her dress.Its summer attire.Its not like she has a belly shirt and mini skirt on.

    okayy , shes lookin real pretty =] i love her hair! & relax, shes 11 years old now, that dress is NOT too revealing compared to what children are wearing in this day and age. you’d be surprised what some of your kids are wearing when your at work , or the change of clothes they bring with them when they go to a party or whatnot. face it, media and fellow teens or in this case pre-teens has an affect on kids, even when u try your hardest not to let it affect them.

    not to mention shes in the industry! whe your succesful like madison, designers try their hardest to basically throw their clothes on these kids. grown enough or not.

    We heard that Madison Pettis has recently learned how to whistle back in 2009 by blowing real hard as possible as she could.
