More than anyone else, she has the means and ability to live there for the required time, no problem. Didn't she want to build a school or something there? Why not kill two birds with one stone? She could live there, build the school, and meet the adoption requirements all at the same time. David could get to know his culture and it would be a memorable adventure for her other kids. But I guess Madonna can't be bothered to follow rules. On to the next poor country! I hope the little girl didn't get too attached to her wannabe mom.
