ELLEN POMPEO AND HUSBAND ARE EXPECTING
Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and husband, music Producer Chris Ivery, are expecting their first child together. This comes as happy news for Pompeo,39, who told Allure magazine in their October 2008 issue that her “clock [was] ticking” and that she and her husband were ready to have a baby.
“[Ellen and Chris] are thrilled,” Pompeo’s rep told UsWeekly on Monday.
Pompeo and Ivery, 41, wed in November 2007 in a low-key ceremony in New York.

Congrats to Ellen & Chris. He’s actually biracial, so it will be interesting to see what the baby inherits from each of them. I think it will be a boy. But a healthy baby is all that matters in the end.
