		<description>I am 4.5 months and already have gained 20 pounds.  I don't know where the rapid weight gain came from, but most of it happened in my 1st trimester.  I am still running 12 miles a week plus doing a full body strength routine twice a week.  I can only imagine how much I'd weigh if I wasn't working out.</description>
