No, I don't think it is that extraordinary what she is doing It's just that she have parents that realized she love to learn and they are making sure she is surrounded my the things that she need to excel. I think if we all did that we would be living in a world of genius children :) Good luck with that, I just hope that when she is older she don't feel like learning is a burden or a job. The girl is smart. I do know that most children can be taught at early ages but talking. Most kids do things like talking and walking when they are ready. My son started walking at 9 months and was talking extremely clear at 1. I always thought this was because he had an older sister he wanted to keep up with. Also, we never ever baby talk our babies.
