Great information, I’m in the healthcare field also and it’s absolutely terrifying seeing some of the PREVENTABLE illnesses that have brought some of our patients to the hospital.

…it’s so scary that I’ve taken a close look at my health and my family’s health history and have begun taking preventative measures (herbal medications, exercise, healthy diet) in order to secure a healthy future or at least lessen the chances of developing a preventable illness.
