Her kids are both adopted; they are probably a brother and sister pair that were (or had to be) adopted together. Adoption agencies like to keep siblings together.

I heard that she was only interested in adopting Magdalena at first but once she heard about Zac she adopted him too.

I THINK THAT ADOPTIVE CHILDREN ARE SPECIAL BECAUSE WHERE ONE PERSON FOUND THEM TO BE A BURDEN ANOTHER ONE FOUND THEM TO BE A TREASURE.
