THE OBAMA FAMILY IN PARIS!

First Lady Michelle Obama and daughters Malia,10, and Sasha, who turns 8 on Monday, did some sightseeing in Paris, France, including a visit to the Eiffel Tower on Friday night(June 5, 2009).
Meanwhile, President Obama arrived in Paris separately and will reunite with his family in time for the commemorations of the 65th anniversary of the D-Day Normandy landings, which will be celebrated today.
This will be Malia and Sasha’s first trip to Europe. The first lady and her daughters will stay in Paris until Monday, and the President will return to the US on Sunday.

Most Us citizens dont even have a passport so know the Robinsons/Obamas wull be collecting different stamps.
Any1 know r they missing school or is their school already done? Private schools & southern schools sometimes finish in mid May bc they start 2nd wk of August.

The girls just got out of school for the year. I’m not digging the First lady’s ensemble but the girls look cute as usual. Malia is so pretty and Sasha is a doll.
What I love is that they look like an average black family. They look approachable. I love Paris!! I hope they have a wonderful vacation.

By the way, I’m loving how normal, and everyday looking the first family seems in this picture! Michelle may be the first lady but she looks like she would toss her hair in a ponytail in a heartbeat, lol
I like how the older daughter is carrying a throw-away camera. No spoilin’ goin’ on in that household. Keepin’ it real. Kind of like a “they’re just like us” thing!

I recently was sent an email where a little boy is rubbing President Obama’s hair to see if it feels the same as his. Of course that had me smiling from ear to ear

One day (hopeeefully 8 years away) I would love to see Malia’s pictures that she’s taking now. She always has a camera…I’m sure she’s taken many great candid pics.
