John Singleton has a child by actress Akosua Busia, a beautiful African girl. She played Miss Celie’s sister, Nettie, in The Color Purple. They were actually married for a minute (since he’s been famous) so he has shown some love to the darker skinned sistas. I’ve always thought he appreciated brown to dark skinned women. He made a comment one time that he tried to always cast those types in his movies. Of course, this little girl’s mother clearly doesn’t look like that. But John Singleton has about four or five baby Mommas anyway.

Hi Savvy 1 – I really don’t know what made me check this site again but I feel sorry for your friend and I also feel sorry for mine. I can’t say who she is out of respect but she is a really nice classy lady who deserves better. Unfortunately she is so in love with him and apparently he makes no secret about being in love with her too. Has your friend read these comments here? Is she under the impression that she is in an ‘exclusive’ relationship with him? It seems to be the case that he is involved in numerous ‘long-term’ relationships and either the women don’t know any better or they simply don’t care about his behavior. Does your friend visit him at home? Has she ever spent the night there? I’m asking because perhaps she should have seen signs of baby-stuff at his home if he has a new child? Perhaps his girlfriend and the baby live with him? My only advise to all these women is pleae be having SAFE SEX! It’s all a mess! Obviously this is a man who is living a double life
