I’ll leave the media and the argumentative types to gossip about him. For me personally, I will continue to celebrate this legendary artist who gave his all onstage in every performance by just watching and listening to his work. Generations of fans around the world loved him. He was an innovator, a brilliant dancer and choreographer, and a versatile and soulful singer. I can’t stop watching his videos on the ‘net and I thank God that so much of his early work was recorded. These performances are absolutely mesmerizing and timeless. They are his true legacy. Rest in eternal peace, dear Michael.

Wow. I didn’t know how emotional I would get. But I was watching his old interviews on youtube last night and I just cried my eyes out. He was a selfless man who was kind and soft spoken and the media tore him apart. In the end he was just too defeated. I can’t believe for one second that he tried to harm any of those children. Even though he shouldve had better judgment as far as letting them sleep in his bed- but in his mind it was no big deal because he meant them no harm! Well I hope towards the end he was able to just be happy and enjoy his children and live peacefully before he passed. I never really payed him any mind these last few years because you never think something like this would happen. He most definitely will be missed and respected always!!! =)

My God I still can’t believe it, Michael Jackson is gone.I was never ashamed to admit that I’m a Michael fan and will always be a fan. I love him and that will never change. I miss him already I can’t stop crying, My heart is broken, He is the Greatest Entertainer ever nobody will ever be better. He will be truly missed but never forgotten. He’s a Legend. I love you Michael.

Amazing how so many people dogged him in the last two decades, but how many people are now buying his albums and blasting his music out their cars today.

“Somebody’s Watching Me” by Rockwell, which Michael sang the hook on, is a song I’ve been listening to for about a week straight, not knowing of course that it was his last week.

I love his music. He’s the best dancer ever. I wish he could’ve had his comeback–which he would’ve had he lived. But at least now he won’t have to listen to people make up lies about him and drag him through the mud.

This is so dang hard. I remember being a little girl getting ready for school and this song playing in the background. I think it will take all of us time to heal from this absolute shock and dismay of the death of MJ, the greatest entertainer EVER.

I’m with you (I never believed that). R. Kelly yes! Michael Jackson I’m not buying it! I just think with the money & fame people took advantage of him. He never had a normal childhood growing up, and he wanted to live out what he missed (his childhood).

I was a teen mom. Although I graduated from high school, I never attended a prom & I wish I could jump back in time & have that moment. Now I tease my son by telling him he has to take me to his prom (lol…prime example). I’m sure a lot of us can look back on the things we missed out on & re-live the moment. Michael had the money to at least try to do it, that’s the only difference.

(IN TOTAL SHOCK) OMG! I just can’t believe this is true! I just had an all out argument with my bff about him a few weeks ago, defending his word when it came to his molestation trials! This is SOOOO HORRIBLE! I cried my eyes out, almost as much as I did when Katrina destoryed my life! No other death in history is more shocking than this one. There is no other person alive who had a greater effect on the world. I just can’t believe this is real. I’m waiting to wake up. R.I.P. Micheal Jackson. You don’t have to worry about this evil world anymore. You don’t have to worry about people making fun of you, using you, and dragging your name through the mud. May you Rest In Peace =*****(
