THE OMG GIRLS MAKE THEIR DEBUT AT THE 2009 BET AWARDS SHOW(video inside)
The OMG Girls, which features the daughters of rapper Lil Wayne and singer Tiny Tameka Cottle, made their television debut last night at the BET Awards 2009 show. Reginae Carter(L),10, and Zonnique Pullins(R),13, performed alongside singer Drake and rapper Lil Wayne. The girls mothers, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle and Antonia “Toya” Carter, were there to see their girls perform onstage.

I was shocked, too, about those girls being on stage while Wayne sang that song. Did you hear how many times they beeped out what Wayne was singing on TV? Yet, noting was beeped out for the girls. They heard it all. Shame on the moms.
But, shame, too, on BET. It’s one of the few black awards shows out there; you would think they would want it to be more family friendly. Some parts were okay, but if I had kids, I wouldn’t let them watch it…sadly.
But, finally, I know they wanted to do something for Michael, but I think it would have been better just to say a few words and then have a true tribute show at another date than to have just thrown something together like they did. The show was pretty much a mess.
I understand what you are saying but i know the songs lil wayne was singing and He self edited his own lyrics. the fact that jamie foxx and eddie levert cursed made BET bleep lil wayne in spots that would normally have valgarity. But I was proud that lil wayne self edited the song. and thats his daughter, she wasn’t act grown or fast, she was on stage with her dad. if he didn’t bring her to these functions everyonr would say he was a bad dad. We as a people should stop judging everything that other people do!
I feel that it is no different than kids sitting at home singing the song. They have every right to do it. The only difference is that they are onstage. There is no shame on anybody. I say before critique what others do think of what you did in the pass. It is just a song. Also, nowadays kids younger know so much more and it is not because of songs, movies, videos, and shows. Kids are not stupid. They grow up. Times have changed
AND iM FROM ATLANTA GEORGiA WHERE THEY ARE FROM AND I DOINT SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH ANY OF IT. THATS WHY THERE IS SO MUCH HATE IN THE WORLD, BECAUSE CERTAIN PEOPLE ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING NEGATIVE TO SAY. THE GIRLS WERE SIMPLY THERE WITH THEIR FATHER HAVING A GOOD TIME.
This has nothing to do with hate. This is about class and respect of our children. Lil Wayne was up there talking about what he wanted to do to a woman. CNN was covering this very closely as well as the world because they advertised it as a tribute to MJ. It was so ghetto from announcing that someone was still in the bathroom to that performance to scenes from baby boy. The whole thing was classless and the only ones who would appreciate that awards show is the people who relate to Lil Wayne’s pathetic lifestyle and don’t respect their own kids and women.
Amiracle:I lve the OMG Girlz! I was wondering if Zonnique is rich and can she play the piano or interested in fashion.
Ok but u have to think 65% of kids are in to music that does not fit there age plus the oldest is 13…. I think she’s heard a BAD WORD ok 2
u rite those girls shouldnt been on stage on that song
yeah they should of beeped it out while they were on stage i waz watchin it but the performance waz still good. I dont think they meant on purpose to hear lil wayne drake and them cursin’ it waz prob. jus bad timin

Well, we must remember that we do not live in a communal society as our ancestors proudly did. Unfortunately, we live in a society that has given us substitute realities - lifestyles that are foreign to our native culture. This is why we are so dysfunctional and lost to ourelves -our mindsets have been altered. We therefore many of us are confused about what should be acceptable and what should not. We must remember that our present way of thinking has usurped our original way of thinking. Vulgarity in its deepest form in intrinsic in American culture. When we think we are “doing our own thing” we are instead imitating a made man rather than the Original. Don’t point the finger so stringently at the Lil’ Waynes of the music industry but study “cause and effect” instead. Some of us don’t expose our children to certain types of music , but I’m sure there are some things that all of us do that should be checked. Who are we really? What is our purpose really? What is really important? What is the root cause of our condition and what can we do to make it right?
There is A LOT of ill conceived notions that the performance were wrong. The fact that ALL of you sat up and watch the BET AWARDS says a lot about the standards of T.V. that you have in your homes!
That channel is a caricature of what REAL Black people do, say and feel. The shows on there are disgraceful and despicable! The fact that College Hill is on…blows my mind! IS that what we as Black parents work so hard for when we send our children to school. The fact that these songs that are played are the stupidest songs in the world AND u let ur children listen to them is beyond me! I have no clue how Souljah Boy made it on T.V. and had half the country doing that stupid dance! There was no shame when grown ass people decide to do that dance in the CLUB-for people to see! That is disrespectful. All of U on this site are asking for more, but you aren’t demanding more from this station or the people making the decisions! If Lil Wayne and that Boy from Degrassi High want to perform on stage with lil girls that look 25-that is there business. GEt mad that lil boys are making songs about what they wanna do to lil girls and their vidoes are being played on BET. It shouldn’t bother any of u that much because you could’ve always changed the channel.
If you were so worried about the performance your should have called Standards and Practices, CPS, or emailed BET way they let that performance on the air. I am pretty sure they had to rehears that performance at least once or twice.
Michelle, what makes you think we HAVEN’T do that, i.e. email/write BET, call the FCC or other such things. FYI, I did email BET, but it came back, “Undeliverable.” I then sent them a letter, which of course I haven’t heard anything. We all know we could’ve changed the channel of some people did. It’s not as though the whole show was bad. There were a few people I watched and the ones I didn’t like, I fast forwarded by DVR.
correction: haven’t DONE that…
to me, the show was fine until lil wayne and co. popped up. and normally i’m not a fan of bet, but they saluted michael that night so i’m sure they had a wider than normal audience. since many people did watch the other night, it says NOTHING ABOUT THE STANDARDS OF TELEVISION THAT WE HAVE IN OUR HOMES!!
It was like watching a train wreck….even professionals I knew were watching it because they tuned in to see a tribute…as advertised by BET. CNN indicated a tribute to Micheal would be done. Once I watched, I couldn’t stop watching the nonsense and my kids weren’t allowed to see it.
Not everyone knows who to contact or how to contact someone in regards to a complaint about the standards of television. The only thing I have seen is tons of blogs which does get back to BET.
My kids know what they can an cannot listen to in regards to songs because once I hear the lyrics, it’s off limits. I’m tempted to count out R&B stations altogether because it’s gotten out of control. I let them know why they can’t listen to the songs so they recognize when they hear it coming on that they need to turn it.
They lyrics are ridiculous nowadays! But someone’s buying their cd’s so why would they feel compelled to change?
I’m not a Wayne fan, but there was cussing from other people as well. So I wouldn’t put that all on him. I definitely remember Jamie and Eddie Levert saying some cuss words. Clearly in their households, these girls hear that language regularly. It’s not exactly fair to hold BET accountable for behavior these girls are routinely exposed to.
It is fair to hold BET accountable because they didn’t have to perpetuate it. For instance, children might be regularly watching porn at home, but a program broadcast on the air shouldn’t expose young people to it just because it happens at home. Why perpetuate the negativity? We’ve got to have better standards than that and BET IS responsible for what they allow over the airwaves. JMO.
I was wondering who those little girls were with their grown behinds. Why would they even allow them on the stage? let’s not forget peeps, that Lil Wayne and his ex had that child at the ages of 14 and 15. What do we expect? ghetto parents produce ghetto kids, nothing the children haven’t seen or heard before.
2 of the little girls were lil wanye’s daugther and tiny’s daugther.
That was very ignorant of you to say ghetto parents have ghetto kids. You need to go back and understand the definition of ghetto because that certainly isn’t it. Firt of all no one has the rght to judge anybody but god. so all you on here who talking about lil wayne and co only talking about them because yall insecure and want to feel better about yourselves by picking on someone else. No telling what yall do in yall homes. who are yall to judge anybody anyway. NOBODY. no one even knows who yall are so why would what you think matter. THATS RIGHT IT DOESNT MATTER. yall just hiding behind these words. shame. and then for the ones talkin about the children. Yall need to remember at the end of the day they are kids and they can read everything yall saying about them. Shame.
THEY LOOKED CUTE FOR THE BET AWARDS….THEY GOT UNIQUE STYLES……
the red 1 is baby daughter, and i don’t know who the fourth lil girl for. But, there’s 3 year olds that rap lyrics worse than that, and a lot of girls have babies around their age. Yall all know it’s a problem in the community, and everytime it is displayed publicly, theres an uproar beacuse people get embarrassed over the outside world seeing it first hand. Lets see how fast the problem gets solved by people only complaining and not doing something about it. If you’re not gonna change the cycle, than SHUT THE F**K UP! Most of yall see those mimi hoodrats on the block at a DJ or whatever and think that its is cute when they shake like whores. Me and friends I have from NY and Cali den said the same thing. All yall are hypocrits. Another example of the f**cked up African American community. Complain all you want about this post, but it’s true. I PRAY that we are able to change our standards, but the way things are looking, the harsh reality is that is nothing more than a dream. DUECES!
Baby a.k.a Birdman’s daughter wasn’t up on the stage dancing. His daughter was there, she had on the white pants, white top, black shoes and black scarf with the long hair. The only time you saw her was when lil wayne took her on stage with him when he won his award. Other then that she was in the audience with her dad. Thank GOD Baby had enough sense not to allow his daughter to do that. The one in the red tutu skirt is zonnique, tiny’s daughter.
I really could not watch this a second time. However, BET really needs to set standards when it comes to the production of such a show. The whole worlds sees this. In addition, as a people we need to come together and dispel these stereotypical images.
people gotta realize that black people are not all as on , just like white are different and have different nations llike spain, france, germany, italy, and all the other countries that make them different , black people have many diffent counrties in africa and are very different fron each other, white people are never expected as white people as a whole to dispell white stereotypes , nobody would take that seriously so why is it blacks are always lumped together as one, we are very different from each other, so in fact that some stereotypes are actually true of some black people thats just the way they act and people should ses that it’s just some of them that act stupid not all, dont expect everyone to be labled cus they are not, so there is no need for a mass movement of black people to eliminate stereotypes , that would be stupid cus where all different and people should and do recognize that.
Wow..
Yall are over exxagerating..
It really was not that bad. (at all)
The kid dad is wayne and one of the other girl’s mom is Tiny (T.I wife)
Obviously the girls knew the words (They were singing it)
The song comes on numerous times on the radio.
They are a new group called (OMG girls)
Wayne is just being a good father and letting the kids get a little bit of shine time.
(Atleast he is a black man who actually is there for his kids - a rarity!)
The kids look like they were having funn! Who can really criticize them, you only live once and your younger years should be the best.
UM lol are you kidding me? so there’s nothing wrong with 11 n 12 yr olds on stage looking grown, dancing to a song talking about wanting to have sex with every girl in the world.UH WOW you must be a stan of his i see, smh…something must be wrong with you to not see nothing wrong them lil girls being on stage…..anyway why in the world would that gremlin wayne, drake n those other people perform ”every girl” at mj’s tribute show.could at least picked another song or better yet not have performed at all.
why in the world do have to say at leases he’s BLACK what does color have to do with it im balck to and proud but u dont see me going to conclusions and saying at lease hes black
ok all of them are too grown!
Standards should be set for all children and now it seems as tough most are not being set anymore for the young children today. Growing up we had rules of what could and could not be done but now it seems that as long as “it the kids like it then it ok” and that should not be the case. Young ladies today no longer look or behave like their age and it for most people it fine. But its not. We as parents should limit what our childen listen to regardless if one of the parents is using foul language in their lyrics. Personally, its a shame to see that lil wayne would even rap such a song considering he has a daugter. But then again his daughter was the product of a teenage mother and father. The young ladies are beautiful but we need to teach our kids right from and not accept them dancing to such a vulgar song. I guess money is what is more important insteed of giving important values to our kids.
i dont see what the problem is aint none of yall their paents so your opinions dnt matter………and how are u gonna hold BET accountable 4 other people kids actions…and the michael jackson tribute was on short notice so lil wayne wouldve performed anyway it went…..and i also think that yall neeed t stop wit talkin about lil wayne at least he has his daughter wit him…just because he his daughter at a young age dn’t mean he ghetto..(sterotyping)..so if yall not raising thier kids yall have no say on how thier raised…GOT YALL TOGETHER
I was taken back when I saw the young ladies on stage, knowing what the song is talking about. There was no way to clean up the symbolism, curse words or not.
We have to monitor and be responsible for the sensorship of our own child or children and the ones in our care. We hear these songs played on mainstream, top 20 radio in heavy rotation and any child who listens to the radio hears them as well. The youngest even sing along and you wonder, do they understand whats being said? The tunes are catchyand we want to listen in our cars and at our homes. Why get mad now when many of you don’t turn the station? Do you feel shocked because they had their child on stage and how it appeared? Don’t be hypocritical or complain now.
In this time of downloads & bootlegs, kids are hearing explicit songs long before most adults know what they say. Let’s not fool ourselves! Even though it’s wrong on many levels, kids are dancing to the songs already.
nice points made here…its sad 2 say but they probably hear those words all the time…i totally agree that they shouldnt have been on stage…but they probably hear it at home a lot so hearing those words on stage wouldnt make a difference for them.
WOW YOU ALL ARE JUST SAYIN WHAT U WANT
JUDGING HIM WE ALL CAN TELL HIS A GREAT DAD HE ALWAYS RAPS ABOUT HER
& ETC ; SHES HER DADDY GIRL NOW BECAUSE THEY WAS ON STAGE EVERYONE JUDGIN
ALL THEY WAS DOIN WAS ROCKIN NOT LIKE THEY DROP IT OR NOTHING
IM PRETTY SURE THEY WASNT CUSSIN YOU GUYS JUST DO ANYTHING TOO JUDGE . THEY WAS TEENAGERS HAVIN FUN ON STAGE W| THERE DAD .
IT WAS A LAST MINTUE PLANN BUT SO WHAT IM PRETTY SURE EVERY BLOACK & SOME WHITE KIDS NOO THE SONG SO YOU ALL NEED TO STOP IT
& SO WHAT IF SHE HAD A KID EALRY WHO ARE WE TOO JUDGE HER ?
MAN PEOPLE JUSS HATE BECAUSE IM SURE IF IT WAS OBAMA KIDS ^ THERE NO1 WOULD SSAY ANYTHING BUT AWWWWHH LIKE CUT IT OUT LIL WYNE HIS A GREAT DAD & I HOPE HE NOT EVIDENCE BY THE NON-SENSE BECAUSE HIS DAUGHTER WASNT EVEN DOIN NOTHIN BUT 2-STEPPING & SHES A PRETTY YUNG GIRL
i agree with everything u said i mean damn these people today are just mad cus there kids wont up there and like someone else said if he didnt have his daughter with him then they would say he a bad daddy everybody need sto get of his d*(& for real and plus they was just trying to show the world there new group called the OMG girlz so thats the only reason they was up there
OMG, yall are ridiculous!!
1st, im sure when lil wayne and drake decided to perform that song they did not know MJ was going to pass. The show was not going to be a tribute until after the news got out. BET was not going to change the entire show, they just wanted to show MJ some respect.
2nd, Stop bashing lil wayne, drake, toya (wayne’s ex wife and baby momma) and tiny. It was their decision to let the girls come on stage, it’s their children!! what you have to say about that means nothing to them. Im pretty sure wayne’s children know all of his songs!! and her coming on stage while he’s performing makes no difference than her coming on stage when he accepts an award. (which she has done PLENTY of times)
3rd, The girls weren’t dressed that bad. they had on tennis shoes, tutus, leggings, and tank tops!!! Do you honestly think they are dressed like adults or sexually? get real!!!
personally, i feel like there was nothing wrong with them being on stage because either way that is still her father and she will still know the words to the songs. Its like Pretty said “she WASNT EVEN DOIN NOTHIN BUT 2-STEPPING” She was not DROPPIN OR POPPIN IT!!!!!!
PLEASE PEOPLE GET OVER YOURSELVES!!! THESE ARE NOT YOUR CHILDREN TO RAISE!!!! IF SOMEONE ASK YOUR CHILD TO GET ON STAGE WITH THEM, YOU CAN THEN SAY NO, BUT I DOUGHT YOU WILL!!!!!!!!!
As far as that being his child and her may already be knowing the lyrics, fine! But some of us as Mothers don’t want our children watching that thinking it’s okay. And one of the girls was droppin & poppin it like it was hot. So, I guess it’s also cool for porno star’s children to go watch their parent work on the set as well? Or drug dealers chilfren to stand on the corner with them working too? It’s a shame you would agree to this. My opinion. If there was nothing wrong with it, why did BET take it out of the show?
Everyonw speaks as if they Know!! Nothing wrong with Wayne inviting his daughter on stage with her new group OMG GIRLZ….If you worry about what YOUR kids will think do or repeat..maybe they should know at the end of the day they deal with you! not with Wayne, Tiny Toya, or TIP!
That’s where you’re wrong. Probably why you showed your name as “Udontknome” because you’re too ashamed to reveal yor true name. Pluse if you agree w/ this nonsense, I wouldn’t want to know you! If you are throwing an adult partyy at your home, would you allow your young child to come just b/c it’s your child? There are certain ways to do things. Lil Wayne has plenty of money, he could have advertised them in many ways. That is a product of a baby having a baby. Tiny and Toya should really be ashamed. They are Mommies! Mommies of daughters at that! As a Mother’s instinct, they should have known better. But when you’re ghetto fabulous, you make ghetto fabulous decisions. From seeing what I saw on the awards & watching their show, what can you expect next? As far as the other small girls, I have read more negativity on their Mom then Tiny and Toya. I am not the one to judge, but we need to come together as a black community, black people and do better and make better decisions. This really hurt me to see, and my children will no longer be watching the BET awards (since they can’t control what happens on their show).
I went to the BetAwards and that was a horrible performance.! SORRY but it was.!
I heard about the girls dancing on stage to lyrics fit for a stripper. But after seeing it, I was speechless. I cannot believe that BET would promote this type of injustice toward minors as young as 10. Of course the parents are at fault, but OMG. I think this was very trashy. I agree with some of the other commenters, a Michael Jackson tribute should have been done another time. I am seriously appalled.
Are they jus namin all the celebs? And did he jus say Miley cyrus?!
no that’s in the song
no
lol, that first guy is the kid from Degrassi. how hard can you act when you were a child star in Canada? lol
I was thinking the same thing! Thats Aubrey Graham from Degrassi…but I guess he uses his middle name Drake for his stage name.
and why are those little girls all flashing the shocker?
aside from the BET performance, did anyone else notice that those girls are throwing up the “shocker” in that photo? seriously? these girls are what, 10-12 years old? i know the age when kids start learning sexual things gets younger and younger, but c’mon!
I don’t see a problem with them be up on the stage; they wasn’t doing anything wrong.
I have two thoughts on this whole production. Reginae is his daughter so her being on stage is not the issue i guess the fact that the song that was being sung is totally disrespectful and degrading for one none of them girls are butter pecan girls and they sure arent light skinned and redboned so yeah i wouldnt want my daughter up there shaking around all these men who have made that 100% clear how they veiw and see woman. Im not takin ANY credit away from Wayne but i wouldnt have them parading on stage for a song like that. Dont get me wrong under any other circumstances i would say yeah cool but for a song like that i think everyones ears need to be covered. We are ladies not sex objects…
drake i love you every body too so for lil wayne if you out there can you tell your daughter that shes the cutiiest i ever seen.but anyway i do live in louisville kentucky whats your number so i can call you bigdaddy
Everyone complaining should write FCC and get music on the radio that kids can listen to. Get a time so our youth will have music that is good clean music. They only support music from 18 and above. Disney is not answer for R&B, Hip Hop youth. I Know them and they are good kids and they have loving families.
Who is willing do do something for the youth???
i Agree with all of you
in some way because that song wasnt really
appropriate for him to sing with four little girls on the stage
but then again think about it its his kid and he sings those kinda songs in his lyrics and u knw she hears them anyway
soo then again its like there was no differnts are watever
also its not like they were being grown are fass are anythng like they wasnt really even dancing and there outfits was kinda kuute
ohhh and
one of them is lil waynes daughter, the other one is T.I StEp daughter (tinys daughter) and the other two aare tinys neices
DON’T YALL UNDERSTAND THAT THE WHOLE POINT OF THE GIRLS BEING ON STAGE WAS BECAUSE THEY ARE ABOUT TO COMEOUT AND NEED EXPOSURE. AND ITS NOT LIKE THEY WAS UP THERE LOOKIN LIKE BABY WHORES! THEY WERE RESPECTABLE. AND ON TOP OF THAT… THATS REGINAE’S DAD.
NOW THE CURSING…REGULAR EVERYDAY KIDS CURSE LIKE SAILORS! HALF THE KIDS IN THE STREETS MAKE THEM GIRLS LOOK LIKE SAINTS.
SO BACK UP OFF THEM.
ughh i just hate when children qet famous off of there parents success. do u think i can just start a group and automatically end up at the b.e.t awards. they dont even have a song yet. they just dress up and dance to the rich mommies and daddies sonqs. its sickening and saddening to all the children who have to work instead of go to school, or have to be on scholarship because lil wayne didnt have them when he was 15. for peets sake she got DOLCE & GABANA for her 10th birthday.
1st of all, he changed the words of the song, “I wish I could love every girl in the world.” 2nd, who knew MJ was going to die that week? Was BET supposed to say “Gee, we’re really sorry but we cannot have you perform and promote your new song and artists tonight because it’s all about MJ?” 3rd, are we so envious that our parents wasn’t able to provide us with all of the luxuries that we must bash other people and their kids? Based on the time frame Lil Wayne had, I think he made his performance as respectful as he could while the young ladies were on stage. I’m sure they have heard his music on the radio or internet before. I appreciated the tribute to MJ, but I for one didn’t mind the little gyrating that had nothing to do with him. I respect everyone’s opinion and I am only stating mine.
OMG Girlz might be coming out with a show too!
i actually am cousins with zonnique thats why my name is unique we tryed to keep the nique within the family and i thing every thing thet aunt toya and tiny is doing is fineeeeeeee perfetct i love zon zon (tiny’s daughter) and reg reg (toya’s daughter) so please leave them alone they are doing well for a black family and cant wait till uncle tt T.I is out of prison WEEL HAVE SOME REAL FUN THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT FROM PEOLE WHO SAY NICE THINGS ABOUT THEM and the fact thet we still get to se uncle uncs(lil wayne) is great i love my family XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Wow! We as young mothers have lost the values that our mothers had! A child was not allowed to be envolved in adult conversations. We only saw child things. We were excused offten. Even though we knew what was going on…we could only assume and we knew it was wrong. By letting our children engage are we sending the message that it is OK? Is it okay to love or you know what every girl in the world and is that the message we want to send to our children. what we as adults do, we need to keep seperate from our children. If we are not able to be a good role model we should at least pretend. Fake the funk so that our children can be better than us. Let them have a chance to live a childhood and not have to grow up so fast. I feel sorry for our children. They are forced to grow up to fast. The are forced to dance like little strippers cause it is in style..”the booty dew” What happen to hoola hoopin and cheering? Box Ball, hide and seek, and just dancing? Give our children the chance to have a child hood and keep our lives PRIVATE!
Omg I am also shocked they might learn to say those words around ppl lil wayne couldve sang another song anyway im 10 and I love the omg girlz i really want them to hold auditions
ya’ll forcing it forreal, they was just having fun on stage. yall acting like they was shaking they butt or sumthing. me personally dont see nuthing wrong wit it. it you dont like it, then change the channel. keep the comments t0 yo self
yall forcing it, they was just having fun. if you dont like it then change the channel and leave the comments to urself
hayy omg girls my anna i am a fan of yall i would like twuu rap wit yall
I personally dont believe it is as serious as everyone is making it. Okay maybe they shouldnt have allowed them to be on stage during that song. But it not like he had them up there dancing around as if they were apart of the performance. Everyone is making a big deal out of nothing. Lil Wayne is nice father for allowing his daughter and the others to come up there. How many other kids really come on stage during their parents performance…No one.! If it was you in the position to be on stage while your parent performed you wouldnt care what song they were performing or how it came off…all that would matter is the fact that you were on stage. Just get over it. Its definitely not that serious……
(This is only adressed to those who were “OUTRAGED”) you guys need to calm the hell down yall got toya having to say sorry an sht when she aint do nothin wrong, its not like wayne was singing about little girls, to those who were not ouraged srry 4 wasting ur time lol
yall know what all yall are full of it. all yall sayin stuff like they didn’t need to be on stage with lil wayne because of his language and stuff . yall actin like he’s so bad and the mom’s are so bad for letting them girls go up there listening to him rap. when behind closed doors yall the ones probaly cussin in front ya own damn kids. yall know good in well that kids litsen to that kind of music with or without appropiate kind of language. so dont sit here and say that u wouldnt let your kids look at the show when YOU were the one sitting there look at the awards show with ur child or children right beside u so shut the hell up!
yall just mad cuz yall kids aint up dere but anywayz 305 miami dade dhat we live carol carol
I am proud of all of you who are taking a stand on this and aghast at those of you who thinks this is just a case of a girl having fun on stage with her daddy or daddy giving the kids some time to shine. Lil’ Wayne and Tiny are big, in the business, and can certainly find ways to give the OMG Girlz the spotlight w/o them being on stage with grown men talking about how dope their dicks are, how badly they want weed and alcohol, and being deep in a Puerto Rican woman. A good father doesn’t let his girl up on stage to witness that; a good father chooses an age-appropriate song to sing in front of his children. I mean, if it ain’t the type of song you would want your daughter or wife or mother to be the subject of, maybe you oughtn’t be singing it in their presence, either. To all of you who thing this is a normal parent/child celebrity relationship, I’d encourage you to take a look at Natalie and Nat “King” Cole, Shiele E. and Pete Escovedo, Lalah and Donny Hathaway…and, hell, even Kelly and Ozzy Osbourne…to see how it’s done right.
