She is an older girl so if she didn't have this opportunity she probably would have never been adopted. Lucky girl! I love her skin tone and her braids look great. She also looks very healthy now. I can answer my own question - because black american kids are seem as having more opportunities because they live in america, regardless of if they are orphans.
