MICHAEL JACKSON’S WILL APPOINTS DIANA ROSS AS SECONDARY GUARDIAN

Michael Jackson’s will, which was filed in July of 2002, stipulates that singer Diana Ross should be appointed guardianship of his children in the event that Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is unable or unwilling to serve as the primary guardian. The will also states the following :
-All of Michael’s assets should be placed in a family trust.
- The beneficiaries of the Michael Jackson Family Trust are his three children Prince Michael I, 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11 and Prince Michael II, 7, and mother Katherine.
-Six other relatives, three of which are the sons of his brother Tito Jackson, are named as “contingent remainder beneficiaries”. “Contingent beneficiaries” would share the estate in the event that Jackson’s principal beneficiaries died( click Here to see the list of “contingent beneficiaries”).
- Deborah Rowe, Michael’s ex-wife and the mother of two of his children, gets nothing.
It is believed that Michael’s estate “exceeds $500 million” and consists of “non-cash, non-liquid assets,” including Jackson’s share of lucrative music royalty rights.

How do you know Diana Ross’ family is not dysfunctional? The only viable person that should receive custody of the children is the nanny. Because I can’t see how two parents could give their parental rights away to Michael Jackson for their kids. So far, I’ve read that a male dermatologist and female dermatologist are the actual parents of Michael’s first two children. It’s so Weird! But this must be a weird world since many of these famous white people feel that they have to adopt an African(Many Africans don’t consider themselves Black) child……For what reason, I do not Know?

Although Diana seems to have raised her daughters pretty well (I don’t know much about her sons) I am still surprised that Janet was not named as a secondary guardian to his children in the event that his mother could not care for them.

“We still talk now and then, and I guess you’d have to say she was my first love – after Diana. When I heard Diana Ross was getting married, I was happy for her because I knew it would make her very joyous. Still, it was hard for me, because I had to walk around pretending to be overwhelmed that Diana was getting married to this man I’d never met. I agree also! I have been saying for YEARS that Evan is Michael & Diana’s lovechild but my family thinks I’m crazy for thinking that.
But trust me, in due time that skeleton is going to come tumbling out of the closet.

I don’t believe that it’s Evan’s son because he’s biracial. Michael and Diana are black, and a baby is not going to turn out looking like Evan, I’m sorry. What I do believe is that Michael and Diana were together, if you know what I mean, and I don’t think it’s just friendship either. I believe that Michael and Diana were a couple, but they did not have any kids, or maybe. You have to understand, they are NOT going to tell the media that they are a couple for the simple fact that Diana Ross is 14 years older than him, and back in the day, it was a non-black an older woman to PUBLICALLY be with a younger man. I grew up in the 80s, I know. They kept it quiet and private for a LOOOOONg time. Whoever thinks that they were just friends or brother/sister type ought to be slapped. Her baby sister Rita and brother T-boy (Who wrote Marvin Gaye’s I Want You) have green/light eyes and their hair is curlier than Tracee and Ross Arne’s hair. Her older sister Barbara is Tracee’s complexion! Diana’s family tree has a significant amount of Native American ancestry. So, the argument that two brown skinned people could never have a child that looks like Evan is fallacious. Diana’s father and mother were “red-bones”! BTW, Diana Ross’ skin is not dark brown — its red brown. Up close and personal, Diana’s skin is the first thing that renders you speechless — dumbstruck. The camera cannot capture her complexion if white people are in the same frame (she looks darker like most Black people on film to compensate/capture white complexions)
