It is being reported that Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II,7, are expected to attend today’s(July 7th) memorial service for the pop star at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, scheduled to start at 12pm Eastern time. Jackson’s kids will most likely be accompanied by their grandmother and temporary guardian Katherine Jackson.
A family lawyer, Brian Oxman, has said that Jackson’s kids have been coping with the death of their father:
“The kids are being looked after at the house in Encino by Katherine. Obviously this is a terrible time for all the children – their whole world has been turned upside down overnight.”
“There is a pool at the house, so they can have relaxing swims to ease the pain. The whole family has been terrific and is looking after one another on a minute-to-minute basis.”

Blanket does favor Michael NOW (pale skin, long black hair, dark eyes).
But Michael doesn’t even favor Michael.
If the old MJ saw the new MJ, he’d be ‘woah, who the hell are you again?’ I’m sure the old brown-skinned Afro’d Michael would be appalled at what the new MJ looked like.
But this is getting old. Those are not MJ’s kids, and Blanket mother is definitely NOT black. I mean she could be – but I just don’t think MJ and a black woman can produce a kid that looks like that, not even if she were 1/16 black.
But I really do hope they are doing well and that they stay together (which means Debbie can’t take two of them home and leave the other one).
And just why do they have a dear-caught-in-the-headlights looks? Maybe they are surprised that MJ allowed them a picture without veils and masks. They could be sayin ‘OH MY GOD! WE AREN’T DRESSED FOR PICTURES!!!’

it didn’t come across as rasist to me, i mean nappykat was merely trying to put across the point that for those kids to be that light they could never have come from two black parents, even a mother with very little black… the only way u really see that happen is wen the child is albino an he obviously isn’t that.

awww i just watched the memorial, i wasn’t crying until the end when paris said her few words, and she and lil blanket were crying their eyes out…. poor, poor kids can we all try to forget what they look like and just remember that their father has died and like paris said, he seemed to be an excellent father to them and they are missing so much right now… R.I.P Michael

Beautiful photo, and yes the children do indeed look like Michael. It’s become even more apparent, in my opinion. It’s so horribly sad that they’ve lost their father at such a young age. My prayers go out to the Jackson family!

I watched the whole memorial and it was beautiful and the end was so sad when his little girl said a few words. I loved Al Sharpton’s speech also. An is it just me but do Michael Jackson’s two older kids look kinda like Brooke shield’s? their beautiful kids non the less. R.I.P Michael and prayers are sent to your family.

I think the kids are bi-racial, but they look NOTHING like the old Michael or any of his siblings.

Actually in the heading above with the little girl featured in the purple jacket, she looks a lot like Joe Jackson to me. Regardless of whether the children are biological or not, Michael Jackson was their “DADDY,” and it is not up to us to challenge that nor take it away. I’m glad that he had them in their lives…

You all really get hyped about those kids of Michael’s. Any of you who have read or listened to the news should know by now that these are not the biological children of Michael Jackson. The reports are even telling you that they are concerned about the custody fight that may be brewind because when the paternal rights of Debbie what’s her face were dissolved, Michael failed to file adoption papers to may the children legally his. I believe that the children love him and he has been the only parent that they know and that alone makes him the father…however, in court, it’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove. Let’s hope that if this case does come to fruation the courts will determind that the children will be better served by remaining with Mrs. Jackson. But let’s cut to the bottom line and get real….Michael Jackson did not want to black himself, he worked overtime at changing his color. Given that fact, he would not contribute to the conception of a child because that child, or at least one of them, had the possiblity of looking like the “ole” Michael and may well be Black. I loved and enjoyed Michael’s talent, I never believed that he molested children. I always felt that he enjoyed being with children because they don’t judge you…….But he did not want to be Black for whatever reason.so let’s cut the bull and get down to the facts. These are not Michael Jackson’s biological children. If you follow the story will find out from a court of law that are his children, being that he reared them, but not from his loins nor from the sperm of his loins. You can look, and peer and study the features of these children and if you look long enough, you can always find something that looks like Michael about them. Remember, a lie is only a lie if you can get someone to believe it; and some people will believe anything that’s convenient. This has been a running conversation every since the death of Michael….So let’s just be real….Michael Jackson did not want to be Black, non of the children he was ever accused of molesting were Black and he did not want Black children. That’s just it and it was his right.
