-Nivea about five months pregnant-
Singer Nivea has confirmed what Blackcelebkids.com reported earlier in June :she is indeed pregnant. The expectant mom held a talent showcase event last night in Atlanta dubbed the “BoomBoomRoom”.
The father of Nivea’s unborn child is rumored to be rapper Lil Wayne. Actress Lauren London, who recently debuted her baby bump as well, is rumored to be pregnant by the rapper, too.

well…lil wayne must being doing something right. He has some good game, or these girls just simple. Aint no way I would of let myself get knocked up too.Especially if I knew lauren was pregnant. Girls do some scandalous things. I can only imagine how lauren feels. He chillin though. They gotta go through this for 9 mos. Big belly and all. I hope everything works out for the best, and these kids are well taken care of and happy. He went from one to four in no time. All by different women. sad.

the irresponsibility is so heartbreaking. i rather be poor and have a good man and stable household than rich and my “man” running around making babies with whoever he feels like and using the reasoning of “well atleast my kids are taken care of”. I couldn’t agree with you more…it is shameful…its one thing not to know about the other woman being pregnant..but when you know and you still do it unprotected..how awful..where are these ladies self esteem? like don’t they think they are better than that? Wow! Even though I don’t know any of these ladies personally, it honestly breaks my heart that this story never stayed a rumor. I was so convinced that it was just negative people trying to spin something on black hollywood and that these beautiful, intelligent women weren’t sleeping with the same man at the same time–having unprotected sex.
I wish Lauren and Nivea happy and healthy babies. Let it be a lessen learned to the younger generation that everything that glitters ain’t gold… celebs have problems too!

Lil Wayne might not be everyone’s cup of tea but as a side note he was an honour student and is very intelligent. If you youtube an interview he did with Katie Couric you will see where his charm comes from, I dare say he has some sort of appeal. Even Katie was quietly impressed by him. Go ahead watch it.
It doesn’t change anything though. We women have to be more responsible , no access will be granted unless the rubber is in play. Gotta wrap that up man or get a stepping.
He must have some appeal if these women are going buck wild over him (if he indeed did impregnate them). That appeal is also probably right there in the nether regions as well.

Well, she was married to The Nightmare for some time. Her 3 kids are with him. So, thank Gosh,l they arent by four different men. I hope The Nightmare is an attentive parent to his children, considering he is always photographed with Christina Milian.

How come in our society, do we always seem to call the women out with their promiscuous behavior, yet give the guys a pass. Now hear me out. I completely understand that WE (women) are the ones that get pregnant and should be responsible for our bodies. I believe our bodies are precious and shouldn’t be dumping grounds for men’s sperm. I will not be joined to just any Tom, Dick or Harry. Those are my values and beliefs. Not everyone thinks the way I do. I get that, but when are we going to start holding men accountable for where they stick their penises. As young boys, they need to learn to have self-esteem and realize that THEIR bodies are valuable too, and that the “boys will be boys” adage is not acceptable. So many boys/men are taught that their sexual prowess makes them a man (how many notches can I get on my belt). Men have always been given a pass for their sexual exploits. I don’t think it’s good for anyone to just give it away. I’m not accusing anyone on BCK of this b/c most are calling out Lil Wayne on this as well.
We have GOT to do better in teaching our young ones that they are valuable and precious and that’s it’s okay to wait. There’s nothing wrong with that, and there are still virgins so it’s not impossible. One won’t die if they don’t have sex.

I’m not condoning promiscuity, but all these “AIDS is still prevalent in our community” comments are really starting to peeve me. Y’all act like HIV/AIDS spontaneously appears out of nowhere. Two people who sleep with each other and don’t have AIDS will not contract it from each other! Maybe they’ve been tested? You don’t know the ins and outs of these people’s relationships/lives beside what you see on blogs. I’ll never understand why people put so much time and effort into making assumptions about others who they’ll probably never know on a personal level. Yeah, they’re in the spotlight, but come on…human is human. Take blogs for what they are, entertainment and leave the negativities behind.
Kia, I’m sorry you are “peeved” but HIV/AIDS IS a reality and if one isn’t promiscuous, one doesn’t have to worry about it, right? The problem is just because two people are monogamous now, doesn’t mean they were in the past, and it takes a long time before the HIV shows up. It’s not about negativity, it’s about reality, and obviously some people continue to have their heads in the sand. THUS IT IS PREVALENT IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Personally, I don’t care what celebrities do because it has no bearing on my life whatsoever. It’s a blog and people comment on whatever they choose and however they choose. I doubt these two new the other was preggo since they are due around the same time… I even doubt that they knew he was sleeping with the other… I also seriously doubt one got preggo bc the other already was…. Since they’re do around the same time they probably found out around the same time. Most of the time you have to be five weeks along before the pregnancy hormones are even detected on a HPT and atleast a few days to 2 weeks before it can be detected in a blood test the doctor gives you.
