NBA free agent Rasheed Wallace is now officially a member of the Boston Celtics. Rasheed’s five-year-old daughter Rashiyah sat on her father’s lap as he announced in a news conference on July 9th, 2009 why he chose to become a part of the Celtics basketball team. His wife Fatima and their other two children were also in attendance.

I thought she had to be at least 8 or 9. It’s probably the hairdo. I don’t like extensions on little kids. Cute girl though, she looks a lot like him. Rasheed is not going to get those teeth fixed, he’s been in the league for years, and they are still like that. He’s attached to the look.

Rasheed Wallace has officially landed in Boston and yesterday he met with the Boston media for the first time as a member of the Celtics. Joined by Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, GM Danny Ainge, coach Doc Rivers, his daughter, two boys and wife Fatima Wallace.
