I ADORE THIS FAMILY. They all look timeless and elegant in all black.

As a Canadian I find myself falling in love with all of them. :D
Obama is free to run from P.M here when his 8 years are up. You know we have free healthcare and all… lol.

To bad that the greedy people in senate and congress want to keep us feeding abusive insurance gluttons. I think that they are taking advantage of the people who don’t get the opportunity to travel or live abroad, by lying about free healthcare. It’s a sad state of affairs when you pay premiums all you life and then find out when you really need it that you won’t be covered. Maybe they should be sued to refund the premiums.

My friendgirl travel there for an education retreat. She told me about the tour of the castle where the slaves were kept and I cried just hearing about it. That is something I would love to see and I would love to see Accra as well. I’ve only been to Africa once and that was to Egypt. I loved it there, but I would love to see Ghana and Mali.

Wearing all black is not just for funerals Anna, but that is your opinion. They look beautiful as usual, girls look like they’re a little tired of traveling, lol. Probaly want to have some fun, maybe the parents have something exciting planned for them after business. Like going to DisneyWorld, they would love that I am sure. I love this family so much and it is so nice to see someone from another country wanting him as president.

I get that the bare arms are Michelle’s new “trademark” (you notice it’s a look she’s only started since being in the White House), but enough already. We get it, she’s got nice arms…having daily sessions with a personal trainer can do that (although, it looks like she’s gained some weight in the middle).

Otherwise, great looking family! Malia looks like she’s shot up at least 4 inches since inauguration…she’ll be as tall as her parents soon. I worry about her, though, because she’ll have to spend her awkward tween/early teen years in the White House.

I would like that to be the worry I’d have for my daughter. You can bet there will more positives than negatives.

I’m sorry if Mrs Obama’s arms are offensive to you,but as many problems that exist in society today(unemployment, homelessness and poverty to mention a few)her bare arms are an insignificant subject that doesn’t need to be addressed. It’s called personal preference.
Please do not feed into the negative media frenzy that surrounds this Presidency. Everything President Obama has done is under close scutiny and had the same attention been given to Mr Bush the state of this country would be much better shape financially.
The Media finds it appropriate to call him Obama and instead of President Obama, while still addressing George Bush as President George Bush. That’s disrespectful.

Regarding them all wearing black, listen up brothers and sisters: It is considered PROPER PROTECALL(sp.?) for the men AND the women to dress from head to toe in BLACK, when having an official audience with His Holiness the Pope. This goes for Catholics as well as non-Catholics. Also, women MUST cover their heads with a black lace veil, or something EXTREMELY similar to that.

And yes I DID happen to notice on this particular photo, Malia is getting to be quite TALL and gracefull looking, just like her mom (I read somewhere that Michelle Obama is like 6 feet tall!).

Im so happy for them, travelling and getting to see the world! The best thing about them is that they seem real and human and I can somehow relate to them (even though my dads not the most powerful man in the world!)
Its great that they went to ghana and got to visit cape coast castle and got a feel of the slave trade..
i wish they visited Kenya , guess theres always next time.

Yes, I am quit certain they informed the First Family on how to dress for any occasion. There are people who are at their finger tips for every event they need assistance with.
