NBA player Shelden Williams sat first row behind the Sparks’ bench, holding baby Lailaa Nicole snuggled to his chest. It was his wife Candace Parker’s second game since giving birth to their daughter Lailaa.
The sight of two-month-old Lailaa Nicole and her husband Shelden Williams was a source of comfort to W.N.B.A player Candace Parker.
“This is the first game that she came to. I don’t know if she even knew. But it was nice to have her at the first game at Madison Square Garden. We came earlier and took pictures with her on the court. So she’ll have those for her little first trip book,” Parker said of Lailaa’s first official basketball game.

He is trif! He just got her knocked up because he was jealous of her career. He is a loser! He thought a baby would slow her down but it didn’t and he is pissed! Look at his face! He wish he could be half the ball player Candace is. What a sad story of love and basketball. Just my opinon.
Are you serious?? He just looks bored, as you can see from the photo the stands are empty which means he is probably there during the warm-ups before the game.
Plus, with all the options women have today, no one can “knock you up”.

No way! This was no accident! Candace wanted to have a baby so she can prove to the world that she can be a young mother and one of the best basketball players of all times.

That is so not true, Cadance has a great husband I have seen Sheldon in person with his wife and he treats her like a lady. The way these black men need to treat black women, I wish them well, And They are a beautiful family. Besides now days a woman does not get prego unless she wants to. No man can just knock you up.

Sheldon and Candance are true love the real deal, Just keep them in your prayers and hope they stay together, So many haters would love to see this black union break up. He is a gentleman.

LisaLisa .. what a horrible thing to say it is obvious that they are in love and have been for a while has it occurred to you that maybe she is the one that wanted to get knocked up and that she wanted to have a baby .. Shelden is a well grounded and humble person and him and Candance are happy, she did a interview before she came back and she seemed sooo happy and real, I love her and if Shelden makes her happy then I wish her all the happiness in the world, stop being so hateful all mates are not jealous of each other:)

You’re hardly going to find any pictures of baby Lailaa. Both Candace and Shelden have said that the prefer her not having attention on her. They’re not trying to hide her, but they’re not going out of their way to let people see her either. That’s their preference and I can respect that.
I’m sure candids will come eventually, but good luck finding them. She’s actually an adorable baby though. I’ve waited on them and they’re a great family.

Honey, People will always be judgemental-you can’t escape from that. If you feel that you have to “leave” this wonderful site for some idiot’s remark, then i don’t know what else to say. Just remember that people are judgemental everywhere..you may have to stop using the internet altogether:)
If you have a problem with people being judgemental, I wonder how you handle judgements in your perosnal life. This is just a website, Memasnicre said she did not think Candance husband is attractive, I am not going to attack her, that’s her freedom of choice to think what she wants. She don’t have to agree with everyone on this site. She is entitled to her thoughts.
With that said, I disagree with her, I think Sheldon is a tall dark handsome young man, And I love seeing him and Candance, and the little one together. And they are married, beautiful role models. If he looked like Lil Wayne I guess he would be considered attractive.

I don’t think Candice got ‘knocked up.’ Women with careers like that usually take enough precaution not to get ‘knocked up’ so I think this was a baby Candice wanted and he wanted. And why blame him? It takes two to make a baby.
