Actress Lela Rochon, her husband Director Antoine Fuqua and two of their three children attended the World premiere of ‘G-Force’, El Capitan Theatre, Hollywood, CA over the weekend
Lela and director Antoine Fuqua have been married for ten years and have daughter Asia Rochon(PICTURED),6, son Brando(PICTURED),5, and Zachary. Zachary(not pictured) is Antoine’s teenage son from a previous relationship.

I grew up and went to school with Antoine Fuqua’s sisters, here in Pittsburgh.
They were a very nice family.
I’m not surprised that he and Lela are still together.
They make a beautiful couple.

We don’t know what happened between them. The only thing we know is that saw (Lela) live on the Oprah Winfery show around the time when she was pregnant with Brandon and the movie First Daughter was coming out (this was in 2004). All she said was that she was returning back to just being Lela Rochon and not carrying the name Fuqua any more (indicating that they were ending their relationship), and she spoke kind words about him on the Oprah Show.

I see you, Lela! I often wondered what happened to her. I, too, saw Waiting to Exhale the other day, and she’s always been so pretty to me. I cosign with everyone else’s comments about what a beautiful family they have. The little girl is absolutely gorgeous.

What a beautiful family indeed! Nice to see Lela after all these years. I’m chuckling to myself because ppl used to call me ‘Sunshine’(Lela in Harlem Nights), and I didn’t see the resemblance then. Low and behold her baby girl looks just like mine and is the same age too!

Lela looks to have aged somewhat. I suppose three children will age anyone provided they do not stress to obtain their old ususal appearance back. Lela used to be real fine, though.
