If gum was stuck in that child’s hair, she could have cut it all down low to the same level. If Angel got a hold of a pair of scissors, than Mel should have took her to someone that know what they’re doing. I believe she did that crap to piss Eddie off, only one that is looking stupid is her. That child’s hair looks awful and she is such a cute little thang too.
