I’ve worked since my son was 3 months. I’ve never felt guilty. I am also the “bread winner”<–gosh I hate that term but you know what I mean. I feel like I am providing for my son at work or when I’m playing with him and feeding him and putting him to sleep after work. Just call me the lioness…

Yes, women defintely feel more guilty!! I am at work now missing my little ones!! I was able to stay home a while with my first born, but I had to go back to work after 3 months with my second baby and it kills me everyday!

ABSOLUTELY!!! women definitely feel more guilty when they’re away from their children. I think men just feel like working and providing is their role more and women feel like they can’t do enough and they’re spread very thin.
