CONNOR CRUISE SET TO STAR IN A WAR FILM

Connor Cruise, the son of actor Tom Cruise, is set to star in a remake of the 1984 action war film Red Dawn. In less than a month, Connor will head off for military training to prepare for his role as as Daryl, the youngest in a group of high school freedom fighters.

Connor will join a new cast of actors such as Josh Hutcherson, Isabel Lucas and Edwin Hodge in the MGM/UA project.

This is by no means the first time that Tom Cruise’s only son will star on the big screen. Last year, the 14-year-old made his big screen debut as the young Will Smith character in movie Seven Pounds.

The film, which has been called the most violent war movie by Guinness Book of Records, is expected to be released on September 24, 2010.

Conner is “adopted” so technically Nicole is his mother. But honestly I don’t actually think he’s adopted looking at him. He really looks like the spitting image of his dad, just with a lil color. Either they got very lucky with the adoption pool or that’s Tom’s baby.

i always am amazed at how he looks EXACTLY like tom!! if you have ever seen a close-up of him look at his nose. just like tom’s. he is a beautiful young man!
