WHITNEY HOUSTON’S(AND BOBBI KRISTINA’S) RADIANT COMEBACK
Whitney Houston was spotted with her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown,16, at Newark Airport in Newark, New Jersey, on August 2oth.
Meanwhile, the singer is set to make an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey show on September 14th. Whitney, who hasn’t done television interviews in more than seven years, says that she is “a lot wiser” now:
“I’m a lot wiser now, certainly a lot older. Things mean a lot more to me,” she said recently of her new album. “I have a 16-year-old daughter, which makes a lot of changes in a woman’s life. I think the songs themselves will speak to you when you hear them. And you’ll understand where I am and the changes I’ve gone through for the better.”

Cute pictures of Mom and daughter, I hope she gets some braces. Just cause you love your Gap does not mean it’s attractive. My husband has a GAP I love him with it, it would enhance his smile if he closed it. I did not marry him for it,and I did not say no because of it.
If I had a child and they loved thier Gap, I would still get them braces instead of sending them out into the world with a big a!! gap in the front of thier mouth. No excuse. That’s my take and I am stickin to it.

I am a litle confused. It’s like I don’t like her Gap, and you are telling me that your school would have a few jokes about her wearing a GAP shirt. GAP is not cheap. So usually people who can’t afford somehting will makes jokes about someone who has it on.

I agree with Nanette completely. The first thing that everyone noticed about this pic was her smile. Having gapped teeth is a flaw, an imperfection, we all have them and if we have the means to fix them we do just that. Nobody pays to have gaps inserted but people spend good money to get them closed. Shes a cute girl, but people underestimate the power of a beautiful smile. Ive had work done to my own teeth; whitenened, straightened etc and Im complimented all the time. If I had a hole in my mouth I doubt people would say anything about them at all. To all the people who think her smile is beautiful, please tell me when was the last time you complimented someone with a mile of space between their teeth. Lets be real please, thank you.

If people really love the skin they are in we would not run to the doctor to get all that plastic surgery. Besides Whitney Houston had dental work done on her teeth. And they are beautiful. The bottom line is Bobbi Kris is a cute young lady with or without the GAP, If her GAP was closed people would not say she would be cuter if only only she had her Daddy’s GAP.

ok let’s keep it real people. This new era of folk all worried about their teeth is killing me. There are PLENTY of celebs that retained their “original” smile and didn’t let the likes of media bother them. Beyonce’s front teeth cross..don’t see no braces on her. Samuel L. jackson, Esther Rolle, Morgan Freeman, Bobby own (of course) and Tamala Mann have gaps and a BEAUTIFUL smile..just to name a few. Look how long it took for Yolanda Adams and Shemar Moore to remove that long tooth from their mouth..
ALL this crap about how a gap/teeth defines you as a persona is pure bull. At one point we embraced our differences and now it’s all about what other people think. I guess everyone should have a nose job and be a size 2 as well. Please ppl GET A LIFE!!

I used to have a gap and was teased terribly as a child. As I grew older, I learned to live with it and found that some people actually liked it. I did eventually get braces to close the gaps that were forming in my lower teeth which resulted in the top one being closed too. But it bothers me to know that the peoplethat teased me back in the day are now grown up still teasing other people they don’t know. My gap has never defined me nor will the closed space I have now define me. If Bobbi wants it closed, I’m sure it will happen. But until then, please don’t judge her because of it, take it from someone who’s been there…it doesn’t feel good.

This is why the world is so messed up now, all these negative and superficial [curse omitted] people. If Bobbi Kristina “thought” her gap was a problem or hinderance it would be choice to have it fixed, but since she has not done so, apparently she’s fine with it. It doesn’t make her or break her, because those who think it’s cute is going to think it’s cute and those who think it’s unbecoming is going to think so regardless. She shouldn’t have to enhance her look to try and accomodate anyone. I hope that Whitney has instilled that in her. Bobbi-Kristina has a gap, but due to her being an attractive young lady, it does not take away from her. On the other hand, if she got it closed, it would add to her appearance. I believe she could make it in show business or any other kind of business without obtaining braces.

When did a gap become an imperfection? In African culture it is considered absolutely beautiful. In Asia, it is considered a good omen…someone who will be very lucky and successful in life.
